Chapter 2

Y/N's POV

We soon reached a tall wide building and i drove to the entrance of the underground parking lot, entering the basement parking lot and finding a vacant spot to park my car.

"There." Mina softly said while pointing her index finger at a vacant spot at the corner end of the parking lot. I thanked her and drove my car to the vacant spot and started parking my car properly. I then switched off the car engine and the both of us got out of my car. After closing the door and locking my car, we walked to the elevator, which is a bit farther.

We eventually reached the elevator and Mina pressed the floor number that the restaurant is located on. Once we have reached the floor, the elevator doors slid open and we stepped out of the elevator, walking towards the restaurant. There's a lot of people queuing outside the restaurant since we came at the usual dinner time for majority.

"Should we still eat here for dinner?" Mina asked after noticing the long queue and how crowded it is inside the restaurant, it look really hectic and stressful for the staffs.

"Are you craving for the chicken fried steak badly?" I asked her instead of answering her question since it would be better to eat at this restaurant if she badly want to eat the food.

"Nah, i can just eat it next time. Let's go somewhere else and eat." She said and i nodded my head with a hum then we walked around the restaurant, looking for any restaurant that doesn't have a long queue.

After decades of walking around the big shopping mall, we finally found a restaurant that doesn't have a lot of people queuing outside. We queued at the end of the line and started talking about our dinner, wondering what to eat and saying that the pictures of the foods look really appetizing and appealing.

After half an hour, we finally entered the restaurant and the waiter led us to a small rectangular table at the corner of the restaurant. He told us to scan the QR code to order our food and the payment is to be made at the counter once we are done eating. We nodded our head with a small smile at him before he quickly walked away from our table, serving other customers and etc. The both of us scanned the QR code and looked through the menu in silence.

"Should we use one phone to order or order separately?" I asked, looking up from my phone to look at her.

"Hmm...Order on one phone, that would be easier." She said, looking up at me too.

"Use whose phone?" I asked and she pointed at me. That settles it. I nodded my head with a soft chuckle, remembering that she always point at either me or Jihyo whenever we have the question.

We then placed our orders on my phone and waited for our order to arrive. In the meantime, we talked about our work, mostly about the patients that we checked on today and also about Sana-ssi. Mina told me about Sana-ssi's manager, who seem to be interested in her. I couldn't help but to laugh at the situation my nurse is in.

"She must be really interested in you until she come talk to you when you're not busy. You sure you don't want to talk to her?" I said and she looked really certain as she answered,

"Yeah, i don't want to. It's going to be pointless in the end." I lightly laughed at her answer while shaking my head at my best friend and she playfully glared at me for laughing at her.

"Then what about you? You-" She was cut off when a tall waiter came to our table, serving our orders and carefully putting the plates of food down onto the table.

"What were you about to say?" I asked as i passed her the spoon and fork and she thanked me, taking the spoon and fork.

"You have been thinking about your patient. Are you perhaps interested in her?" She asked, probably saying what she wanted to say before our food came.
