Chapter 5

Y/N's POV

*RING RING RING*

I abruptly opened my eyes with a heavy pant. Did i just have a wet dream of Sana-ssi? I was staring at the ceiling with disbelief, i can't believe i just had a wet dream and what's more, it was with Sana-ssi, the one and only Minatozaki Sana.

I shook my head to get rid of the wet dream and switched off my phone alarm. I should get ready for work before Mina call me to wake up. I knew that i would remember the wet dream if i were to go back to sleep so i decided to get ready for work instead.

As expected, Mina called me when i was changing into my casual clothes. I swiped answer and put the call on speaker mode so i can continue putting my clothes on. She called me to wake me up and the call was short since she didn't need to fulfill her duty of waking me up.

"I have something to tell you." Mina started as she walked into my office and i immediately became attentive, stopping whatever i did, and looked at her, waiting for her to continue. We still have some time before our shift start so we can just relax for now.

"Tzuyu, she literally messaged me why i didn't come for the dinner yesterday. I am pretty sure you told her that i had work but still...she came asking me why. And..." She stopped and looked at me as if debating whether to tell me the next part so i slightly nodded my head, urging her to continue on. And what she said next made me feel embarrassed.

"And she told me what happened during the dinner. She told me the way you and Sana-ssi looked at each other and also you feeding her your food 2 times." I became embarrassed but deep down, i was also relieved that Tzuyu didn't go into detail on what happened.

"She was about to tell me the details but luckily i stopped her from telling me. This woman, she sure like to text me about whatever happened. I really hope she text me about something related to my job and not outside my job." She said and sighed, making me laugh lightheartedly.

"She's trying to make you interested in her." I told her and she shook her head with a tight-lipped smile.

"But i don't get why she would be interested in me." She said and i shook my head at my best friend with a sigh.

"You should ask her that directly. She definitely has the answer to your question." I told her and she shook her head. She was against my idea.

"Nah, rather not. I don't want to raise her hopes." She said and i chuckled. She sure likes to do this whenever she knows that someone is interested in her and she sure is good at making people lose interest in her.

We then changed the topic to our agenda of the day. I nodded my head as i listened attentively to the agenda and we immediately got ready for the first item on our agenda. The door suddenly slammed open, startling me and Mina, and the both of us turned our head towards the door at the same time.

"Let's have lunch together, you two!" Jihyo barged into my office and i playfully glared at her while she simply laughed when she saw me glaring at her. She was the cause of slamming my door open out of nowhere and almost giving us a heart attack.

"We haven't even started our work yet." I said and she chuckled lightly.

"I'm saying it now so you won't forget about it." She told me and i was about to fire back at her but Mina stopped and said that she will remind me, going with the joke. I shook my head with a tight-lipped smile and my boss laughed, knowing that i don't dare to go against Mina.

"Make sure to remind her! See yall later!" Jihyo and her loud voice as usual. She walked out of my office with a hand wave and i face-palmed with a sigh, making Mina chuckle. We then proceeded with our work, checking on the hospitalized patients and seeing the unwell patients, you know, the usual.
