The sun becomes visible over the forest area along the highway as Tiffany dreams away at the view. She had only been this far from Gouda once before and that was to visit her grandparents in Italy. But Tiffany could not have dreamed that Holland could be so beautiful. It was like a road trip in itself. The summer air the cars full of people in summer clothes. It could have been a road trip Tiffany thought to herself. But this road trip was different from any road trip Tiffany had dreamed about in her life. This one was special and yet uncomfortable. On the one hand, Tiffany thought about the moment she could look Jason in the eye. On the other hand, the feeling crept up on her that she was responsible for all those deaths.

Tiffany slumps back in her chair as she looks at Jasmine, who has her sunglasses on, making her look even angrier. In the sunlight, Tiffany sees the scars Jasmine had left with her first encounter with Jason. Tiffany had heard the stories what had happened outside the cafe between Jason and Jasmine but now that she saw it she had to believe it. Jason had broken his word and hurt a woman. But why. Would he know or would Nigel have lied to her.

Nigel had often lied, so it had not escaped Tiffany's notice that he often told things that others told in a different way. And Tiffany knew like no other there could only be one truth. The only one she could trust for sure was Jason and Tiffany thought as she looked behind her where Emma was peering out the window completely captivated. Maybe Emma could be trusted, too. But for long, Tiffany didn't have time to think about her situation. Jasmine who had turned down the music interrupted the silence. You wanted to play a game right Tiffany laughed Jasmine in her attempt to be liked. One that Tiffany pierced through immediately. We need not and never will be friends so let's keep it mellow. You ask me 5 questions and I ask you 5 questions then if there is still time we will enjoy the view. Jasmine thinks about it but decides to go along with it.

You start Jasmine mutters as she looks ahead at the road that has died down except for a few cars. Okay Tiffany smiles as she closes her eyes and enjoys the sun on her face. Thinking for a moment what would be a good starting question. As Tiffany thinks, Emma makes a smacking sound as if imitating a kiss but one that is very long and wet. Tiffany gets the hint and asks her first question.

Are u a lesbian.

For a moment there is silence as Jasmine looks at her steering wheel and simply answers yes. To keep the conversation on another subject, Jasmine thinks quickly and asks her first question.

When did you meet Jason Black.

That's luckily an easy one Tiffany laughs as she looks at Jasmine. It was in the year 1994. I was 9 years old and Jason was 10. But if you want to know specifically I can't tell you I just know it was snowing so it must have been winter. Jasmine nods and seems to store it inside herself. Before Tiffany can think about it, she sees in the car mirror how Emma is remarkably interested in a blue car taking the Arhnem exit. So on a tip from Emma, Tiffany need not count. Before 2001 and she was lesbian. Emma had made a comment in the shed about the cross on Jasmine's necklace and Catholic parents. Maybe Tiffany needed to play this little game by feel maybe Jasmine would tell her something. Tiffany opened her eyes and looked at Jasmine.

Did ur parents agree that u were a lesbian.
