As Martin carries Tiffany into Emma's house and lays her down on the couch, he sees a man with half-long black hair sitting in a chair looking at him. Hello mumbles the man as he takes a puff of his joint. Martin looks at the man as Emma and Nigel drag the injured Jason into the house. Close the door will you Martin shouts Emma as she pulls Jason into the bathroom leaving a trail of blood through the house. Nigel grab me bandages quick will you. No mutters Jason I have to save her let me go. Tiffany. When Tiffany's eyes open she looks into the man's eyes. His eyes are as blue as her own. Who are you she whispers with all her strength. I am Axel laughs the man. Axel or Galloway I'm Emma's roommate. What happened. The worst mumbles Tiffany as she looks the man in the eyes. Martin help us shouts Emma as she cuts Jason's hoodie revealing a large wound in his abdomen. And who is Tiffany talking to. To your roommate Martin mutters as he points to the chair where until recently a man had been sitting who had gone up in smoke. What roommate does Emma continue this is my house I live here alone. Don't talk stupid and rather give me a hand. Blood flows from Jason's wound as Emma presses her hands on it to keep most of it in. Jay you have to be strong or you will break down. When Jason looks into her eyes he sinks into the bathtub. Martin in my closet there is a book it is black and has runes on the side do you think you can find it. As Martin walks to the closet he sees the strangest books he had ever seen. Some were in Dutch or English but most were described in letters he didn't recognize. Black with runes he murmurs as he runs his fingers shakily over the books. The one on the top right calls out to Nigel as Martin grabs the book from the shelf. What is this mutters Martin as he looks at Nigel. This is dark magic. Emma is not like most people Martin. She draws power from the devil himself. The devil continues Martin as Nigel gives Emma the book and presses his hand on Jason's wound.

Martin keep the wound closed will you I'm going for some fresh air. As Nigel walks away and Martin presses his hand on the wound he hears Nigel and Tiffany talking. Nigel can you grab some clothes for me asks Tiffany as she sees him walk by. That's okay Nigel mumbles as he walks upstairs. When they hear Nigel walking upstairs Emma and Martin look at each other. So what do we do Martin asks Emma as she closes her book and looks him in the eyes. How long does it take for someone to get over it. My book said. But Martin interrupts her in dutch how long. Emma begins to narrate.

Once she has cut the kidney loose she fixes everything inside his body. Under heavy moans Jason begins to sweat and tremble. Just a little more buddy Martin mumbles as he grabs Jason's hand and feels Jason squeeze it with great force. When Emma has sewn the wound closed the bleeding stops. Carefully she leans her hand on his wound. As she begins to speak in voices Martin cannot understand Jason's hand slackens in his. Is he dead sputters Martin as he looks at Emma. No asleep I put him to sleep so he can recover. And how long will that take? Days weeks Emma mutters as she looks back. And if we are really unlucky maybe never again.
