Theo's POV
Dinner time was 6 and the pack finally sat down at the table around 6.45 because they don't give two shits about timing tho me and Bright were on time
"So Bright, is Theo treating you alright?" asked Malia
"Oh yeah, he's the best. He got me roses earlier when he picked me up today and the constant compliments" he lightly chuckled
"Well you are the most amazing thing God created so why would I stop myself from complimenting you" I said and held his hand
"The poor guy's blushing like crazy Theo" scott laughed
Then a spiteful voice spoke up
"How did you start a relationship so soon huh like really just out of the blue, sounds weird you know"
"Funny you should talk about someone's relationship being weird Mr. My girlfriend's cheating on me" I don't know where that came from but If he can be bitchy then welcome to the game pal.
"Shut the fuck up Theo. Your only problem is you cannot see people happy. You have some weird ass problem with Hayden from the start I don't know it's really creepy"
"Yes because I know what she is like okay, look around why isn't she at dinner? Because she wasn't invited, because we hate her!! Can't you see? She's breaking your heart you know that too you're just in denial" I was pretty much yelling now because he's so oblivious and I cut him slack before that he's younger he'll eventually see everything but now I can't keep pretending I'm fine watching him get played like this
"I'm outta here, thanks for dinner scott. And I don't wanna talk to you ever again" he points at me with an unsteady voice and takes off
"I'll go after him" Lydia stands up and follows the Fire ball out the door
Third person's POV
As Liam reaches to his car, he gets in and tries his best to calm down or else he'll shift
There's a knock on the car window on passenger side
"Can I come in?"
Liam unlocks the door and Lydia gets in.
"I'm sorry for ruining dinner" Liam says while clutching the steering wheel of the steady vehicle
"You didn't ruin it, it's what you guys do right? Argue like toddlers it'll be fine" she says and takes my hand in her own
"But this is different Lyds. I know about Hayden and I try my hardest to pretend like she loves me and everything's fine because she's the only one who in her right mind would even consider someone like me to date. Look at me I'm pathetic! and Theo's always talking shit about her and rubbing it in my face that I'm so unworthy of someone's time" a tear fell from his left eye
"Aww Liam, that's definitely not what he wants you to feel. He cares about you and he wants what's best for you! You deserve the world and more and you should not say something like being pathetic! You deserve someone who'll love you and is willing to love you against your flaws and you will meet that person but darling first you need to breakup with Hayden" Lydia hugs me
"Maybe I will in a couple days"
"Take your time, okay? Lydia said while ruffling Liam's hair
"I should really get going thanks for talking to me Lyds, love you"
"Love you too kid"
*Back at the dinner table*
"Theo, you know he is touchy about Hayden then why do you keep pushing him in?" Kira asks
"He provoked me, okay? It's not like I don't have better things to do then talk about that bitch"
"Language" corrected Scott
"Shut up Captain Rogers" said a rather annoyed Isaac
"Oh my god everyone please eat your goddamn food and get the hell out of here! Not you Bright you can stay and we can talk about football (soccer)" shouted Derek
"Derek you big old softie" laughed Stiles who was shut off by a really cold stare from derek which screamed 'not another word, stilinski'
"We should go" Theo said and stood up holding Bright's hand
"Derek, next time I'll give you a call and we'll definitely meet alone to discuss football" Bright laughed and they bid their goodbyes to the pack
Reaching the car, Theo opened the door for Bright and they got in
"I'm really sorry I dragged you here, we can go somewhere else"
"Are you kidding? I love your friends! I wish I could come here everyday" Bright said smiling like a child
It was cute Not again
"Congratulations you've officially lost your sanity Bright" I chuckled to which he just laughed! Ooh that laugh
We drove around for a while just talking about our lives and exchanging funny stories which were mostly him talking me being in absolute aww and pulled up in front of his house around 11 pm
"Well this is it" he said
"Yeah, this is it" I said getting out the car
"I'll see you tomorrow?" He asked as if he was unsure
"Yeah definitely" I then kissed his cheek
"Bye-bye Bright" I drove off fast af because what the fuck did I just do?
