It was Saturday morning. I had just woken up from my sleep. I looked over to see Marlene still asleep beside me. I smiled at her before getting up, making sure not to wake her. There was no sunshine. I got onto my phone to check the weather, it was cloudy and might have a chance of a thunderstorm. Yay, a gloomy day. I guess me and Marlene will be staying indoors. I had no more therapy, nor did I have to take any more medication. I was fine. I was fine. At least I think I was. I keep going insane from the images from high school that fill my head. I keep seeing those brutal murders in that bathroom. That odd bathroom. Why there though? Those murders were only in that bathroom? What about the girl's sudden disappearance? Was she ever found? Why am I thinking these things? I should stop. But I can't. I snapped back into the real world. It was very quiet. I hated quiet. It makes my nerves run quicker than light itself. We weren't allowed to leave the dorms so I might as well make the best out of today, which wouldn't be easy. Marlene was still sound asleep. I can't help but smile at her when I turn my gaze to look at her. I was happy. But I had a strange feeling. Something was off. I couldn't hear any birds chirping outside. There was no sound. Is this a dream? This can't be. It's not a dream. Why can't I hear anything? The lights start flickering and in the corner of my eye I catch a glimpse of movement. I jumped in fear as I turned my head quickly to meet the image of the girl. The girl we all know. Elvira. The girl who was rumored to have a slit-face..That was back in highschool. I'm in college now. The girl was walking towards me mumbling something.
"I'm back." The girl said with a demonic tone.
My eyes widened in pure fear. I see movement in the corner of my eye again. I couldn't take my eyes off of the girl. But I wanted so desperately to. I finally look away to see another girl. This girl was the new student in my class.. The girl glitched and eventually became Elvira. I put my hand over my mouth, careful not to wake Marlene. The new girl is Elvira?! I moved back, closing my eyes shut.
I woke up. I gasped, sweat rolling down my face. "You're awake! Are you okay!" Marlene said with a panicked tone. I turned to look at the worried Marlene who was awake. What dream did I have just then? "Marlene! I had the worst dream!" I said, with a shaky tone. "What do you mean?" She replied. I told her about the dream I had. I figured it out. But I haven't figured out the rest. It's like puzzle pieces. I have found some. I just need to find the rest so I can solve the puzzle. After explaining, Marlene's eyes widened. "So the new girl in your class is Elvira, the girl who sat in the back of the classroom back in highschool?!" Marlene said. I nodded. "Yes, I believe so. From the dream I had, it somehow connects. I saw the new student and Elvira. It makes sense." I took deep breaths. This couldn't be it. I still have so much more to solve.
