Chapter 2

-y/n pov-

Rory leaned in and grabbed my waist and I.... Pushed him away from me.

"Oh uh I'm sorry." Rory said growing very red in the face

I was shocked and didn't know why I had pushed him away I wanted to kiss him but idk it felt wrong ig.

"Rory I uh." Was all I could muster out at the moment

"No I'm sorry y/n. You don't like me like that I'm sorry." He responded leaving my room via my window

"No Rory! wait come back."

I was too late and he left my room I was shocked Rory just tried to kiss me I didn't understand. It happened so fast he just explained he was a vampire and then tried to kiss me I was so confused. I layed in my bed upset I pushed him away. But Rory had been my friend since forever and I was not prepared for him to try and kiss me.

-Rory's pov (takes place right after he left)

I left y/n's window and floated to the ground feeling dumb she's been my best friend since we were little and I tried to kiss her. I mean it was dumb to do. I went home and sat on my bed thinking about her pushing me away I felt my body sink every time it replayed In my mind. I brushed it off and went to bed (even though I technically don't need to)

-time skip to next day-

I woke up and got dressed to go to school and saw y/n walking I looked at her in her beauty.

"Hey!" I yelled loudly waving at her

She ignored me and walked faster I was confused until I remember last night and ran to her and tried to get her attention but she just ignored me. I got nervous , did I make her mad? Why was y/n ignoring me? I walked to school alone for the first time and it was strange I didn't have anyone to talk to so I just listened to music. I kept looking at y/n I didn't understand why all of a sudden I liked her but I did.

-y/n's pov

I woke up and got dressed for school

(Yk the drill change it to whatever u want)

I walked downstairs and had time to eat some cereal as I texted my friend she told me I was dumb for pushing Rory away and that I've liked him for forever. I ignored what she said I wasn't read at the time well my brain was but my body clearly was not.

I was on my way to school when I heard Rory holler at me from across the street I ignored him as soon as I heard his voice I was flustered. He kept trying to talk to me but I couldn't look at him I was to red int the face. I think he noticed though. He eventually left me alone and walked off but I could feel him looking at me once and a while. I ignored him the whole school day and sat at a table alone and caught a couple of glares from Benny. I was astonished Benny was normally really nice and to see him give me looks really made me realize something was wrong.

-time jump to next week-

I was walking to class when all of a sudden my shoe came untied I swear it was magic. Of course Rory, Benny, and Ethan were there to laugh at me. But something even stranger Jessie and the whole drama club disappeared. Plus there was a outbreak of boarderline possessed animals. I thought it was strange but I had more important things Rory was straight up ignoring me. Finally I worked up the courage to talk to him. It was much and I sat down by Rory

"Guys this table has become extra losery today we should move!" Rory told ethank and Benny as soon as I sat down

Ethan and Benny nodded their heads and walked off I sat jaw on the floor. That night I went home and texted Rory and tried explaining but he never responded. But then I layed down to go to sleep and I heard a knock on my window I sprinted over to the window knowing it would be Rory and it was.

I looked at him and opened my window, Rory came into my room. I looked at him and tried to explain but before I could he quickly grabbed my body and kissed me. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. Rory looked at me and smiled

"I've really been wanting to do that." He exclaimed

"Me to." I told him looking up

"Wait you like back?!"

"Yeah!"

"They why did you push me away last time."

"I don't know! I didn't do that my body did."

"But you like me?"

"Yes! Rory I like you, I've liked you since the end of eighth grade!"

"Ok good! Because I have a question."

I looked at him confused as he pushed my hair out of my face my body began to tingle as he grabbed hands and looked me dead in the eyes. Rory opened his mouth and asked me.....
