Friends" she hesitates to tell "You say you guys are 'good friends' but in the end you guys will end up in each other's beds" Alex says then walks away "Is Karev usually like this?" Nessa asks standing up "Yep" Callie says walking with her "Hey Callie" Nessa says then walks up to Mark "What was that back there?" She asks filing some paperwork "That was the look of me inviting to Joe's Bar" Mark smirks "Really?" Nessa grins "Yep, you down?" Mark asks "It's date" she chuckles then Mark softly grabs her chin and kisses her quickly "Hope Shepard and Bailey didn't see that" he chuckles "I'm sure they didn't" she laughs then Mark walks away, Nessa immediately runs to Callie "Callie! Callie" she pants "Oh hi" "Sloan just asked me out" "Holy shit" Callie says shocked trying not to laugh then they hear sirens then run outside to see a bunch of injured people "Oh my God" Bailey says "Get this person to the E.R immediately, Collins, Torres, Grey take a patient in, Shepherd, Sloan, Yang help me with the others"
In a hospital room
"Will I be okay?" The patient, Jillian asks as her face is covered in bruises "You will be it's just we need to do surgery on your heart because you have a serious amount of heart burns" Nessa says, Jillian's mom gasps softly "We're gonna run some tests before if we have to do the surgery" Derek says then they walk out of the room "Wait, I'm Jillian's mom, Heather... Will my baby be okay,Dr Collins?" Heather asks stoping Nessa, Nessa sighs "How old is Jillian?" "Ten" Heather sniffles "Don't worry we'll do everything we can Shepard is the best, he'll save your baby girl" she says then gives Heather a warm smile then walks out shutting the door quietly "Hey" Lexie says startling her "Oh hi" Nessa says "I want to say I'm sorry for being so rude towards you" "Okay" Nessa says then walks away, she goes to the desk "Jillian Conners.. She's ten years old" Nessa says to the desk lady then goes to Derek "How's she doing?" Nessa asks handing him the papers "Not good... Take a look" Derek points to the chart "Is that?-" "A pen in her heart? Yep"
