Shadowhunters Academy Year One

Chapter 3

I was looking through my stuff when I noticed something flashing in my closet I got up and went to my closet and open the door and saw a paper flash down at me with my name on it .

Luna this is Jace I wanted to make sure you are settling in alright in your room . And if you nèd anything just send a not back with my name on it and it will flash back to me . Enjoy your first night .

Now that was nice of Jace to write me .I sent a not back to Jace thanking him for everything. And it flash back to him . I went back to my bed and plug my phone up and put my TV on and got settled in for the night .

I woke up the next morning and saw a message from. My mom letting me know she made it home safely and telling me good luck today for My first classes .

I grad my stuff and headed to my weapons training class found a empty sit and sat down and got my note book out and pen. And I turned around and noticed that a man looking at me as he walked to the front of the class.

Hello class am professor Oliver Lane I will be teaching you about weapons and how to use them this this term . I have 2 rules in my class and they are don't be late and be respectful to the other students. At your sit you all have your books and I would like you to turn to page 14 .

As we read about different weapons that Shadowhunter use you also will be picking weapons that you will keep while you are in the academy. Now go head and start reading chapter one until the bell rings. And I will be putting your homework assignments on the board so make sure to write them down before you leave.

I got my stuff and put them in my bag and started walking to the door when I heard the professor call my name and I walked to where he was 

Hi Luna I just wanted to introduce my self again to you .Because I know your mom she is a good friend of mine .

It's nice to meet you professor Lane . And my didn't really talk much about her shadowhunter days to me . I didn't find out I was a shadow hunter until a few weeks ago.

That is because your mom left the circle to raise you as a normal as possible.  And didn't want you apart of this life .

Sir was is that ? I mean why didn't she want me to be apart of this life if that is what she was keeping me from it ?

Well Luna that part I am not sure about .But I am sure she has her reasons for not telling you about this. Well if u needed anything please let me know . I will let you get to your next class. 

Thank you professor Lane . See you on Monday.  I grab my bag and heading to my last class of the day and that is tracing. I walked into the class and it was full already I found me a sit on the first section and got my book that was on the desk.

Hello students I am Morgan Post I am your professor for tracking . And on your desk you will find your books for this class . In this class you will be learning how to track who you are looking for . Now homework assignments will always be posted on the board be sure to write it down before the end of class .

Now in this class I will teach you the importance about tracking . Because you will need to learn this to become a good shadowhunter. Now turn to chapter one and read through to chapter two and answer questions on the last page of the chapter .

Okay students it's time to head out.  Please make sure you write down homework assignments.  And you all have a good weekend. And see you on monday.

I got up and headed to my room so I could call my mom . I wasn't watching where I was going and walked into to someone and I looked up and saw Enzo standing there.

Enzo I am so sorry I wasn't watching were I was going .

It's alright Luna how was your first day of classes ?

It was good lots of homework.  But Enzo I do have a question . Do you know why my mom left the circle and why she didn't tell me I was a shadowhunter?

Luna I do know why .It was because of you father and who he was . But that is not my story to tell . You would have to ask your mom that question. 

Okay Enzo I am heading to my room to start some of my homework.
Walking back to my room I could feel someone watching me and when I turn around there is no one there . I unlocked my door and went in and locked it back . I grab me a drink and went out on to the balcony and started my homework.

Jace can I have a word with you in my office .

Yes professor Enzo . Is everything alright ?

Yes Jace it is . But I need you to keep a eye on Luna I ha e some  business to take care of I should be back by Sunday.

Yes sir I can handle that just fine.

I was looking at the view from my balcony when I saw something pointing at me I couldn't make out who it was or what it was . I grab my weapon and my keys and phone and headed outside to where I s a w someone pointing at me .

I walked into the woods and turn around and said . I know you are out here show yourself . I waited what seem like forever and a tall man walked out from the trees .
