Chapter 12: Debut

Utau POV

"Kaoru-san....how much longer do I need to wait!!!" I pouted sitting on the ledge. We were waiting for some people to meet us by the river.

"Not that much longer Utau-chan....augh these boys!!! People are starting to get suspicious of Utau-chan too..." Kaoru-san muttered angrily pressing buttons on her phone. Kaoru-san was about to call someone when we noticed a familiar trio running up towards us.

"Huff Huff Huff...Anesagi-san..Utau-chan sorry for making you wait!!" Tenn bent over to catch his breath. His clothes and hair a bit dishevelled like Gaku-nii's and Ryu-chan's.

"Geez! You're cutting it close! For you boys to be late what even happened?!" Kaoru-san yelled.

"Huff....hufff.....to tell the truth....we met a terrorist with a bomb on the way here.." Gaku-nii said and I furrowed my eyebrows jumping off the ledge.

"A terrorist?" I asked looking at Tenn.

"Yes! It was one step away from a huge accident!! I'm glad everyone is safe." Ryu-chan said.

"haaaa! Not again, you boys better not be getting influenced by Yotsuba Tamaki's imagination!" Kaoru-san scolded her hands on her hips.

"No! It's the truth!!" Ryu-chan protested.

"Ryu-chan...Gaku-nii...Tenn....If you want to get out of stuff at least say something more believable. Should I give you a lecture on good excuses?" I asked patting all of them on the shoulder one by one.

"Imagination!! We were busy saving the world you know!!" Gaku-nii yelled.

"Anesagi-san, it may not sound believable, but it's the truth. Up until earlier we were talking as witnesses...." Tenn said with pleading eyes.

"Not you too Tenn, now it's almost time let's hurry and go!" Kaoru-san nagged while we walked over to the car.

"But it's the truth!!" Gaku-nii yelled.

"Well...you can't blame them...even I wouldn't believe it." Tenn sighed and I hooked my arm around his. Tenn smiled at me and I pecked his cheek.

"Well there are not many idols who go through this anyways." Ryu-chan said scratching the back of his neck.

"There's no way their even is any." Tenn said deadpanning.

"I think we're the first ones." Gaku-nii lamented.

"Is that so~ So if you guys really saved the planet should I do something for you?" I asked smirking and Gaku-nii pushed me by the head.

"Shut up Utau!" He said and I pouted.

"Hey! Gaku-nii you messed up my hair!!" I whined, and we all walked over to the van.

"Anyways a solo live in the Zero arena...How Idolish7 has grown.." Gaku-nii chuckled.

"You're right!" Ryu-chan said. "Utau-chan and Re:vale have been the only ones so far."

"Utau is having a live tomorrow too, are you ready?" Gaku-nii asked.

"Yep! My first solo concert since two years ago! In the Zero arena too!" I chuckled I looked over and saw that Tenn had a troubled expression. Lately he's been making that face a lot.

"Regardless if I'm the one chasing or being chased nothing will change....you are my rival right Riku...." Tenn muttered until I dragged him with me Tenn though wrapped his arms around my neck making me freeze. "You too Utau.....I promise you...I will end this...all of it.." I tilted my head confused as to what Tenn meant as he let his arms down holding my hand instead. He couldn't of possibly found out about my contract.....I hope not yet at least.
