Bonus Story: Birthday Wishes

Author's POV

Trigger was getting ready for their variety show gig. Today's theme was more casual than their usual stage outfits so after their performance of BE AUTHENTIC they began changing back into normal clothes.

Gaku finally managed to get his last layer of his top off revealing his pale torso.

"Gyah...still these outfits are so hot geez," He grumbled.

"A lot of work was put into them, but that can also make it stuffy." Ryu agreed getting down to his dress shirt.

"Don't complain you two, the fans love these outfits. And people put effort to make it for us." Tenn said.

Gaku glance over at him and sighed looking up. He was lost in thought for a bit closing his eyes when he remembered something. "Oh yeah....Utau's birthday is coming up soon."

"Eh really?! Utau-chan's?! How old is she turning???" Ryu bombarded Gaku.

"Geez calm down Ryu. 17 she's turning 17." Gaku said pushing the other male away.

"17~ aww I wonder what Cake we should get her. Tenn did you get Utau-chan anything?" Ryu asked happily.

"You two should change faster..." Tenn said furrowing his brow. He finished and just buckled up his belt. "But, yes not that I'm confident she would like it." Tenn muttered.

"She'll like anything you get her Tenn." Gaku said.

"I know, but your sister is very talented so I struggled finding something for her." Tenn pouted.

"Oh true~ But for the most part Utau-chan likes Sports of any kind and idol related things?" Ryu pondered. "But I'd rather not give her something relating to her work...."

"You two think too much. She's a very simple person." Gaku shrugged.

"You keep saying that but what have you gotten her Gaku?" Tenn glared at the relaxed male.

"Me? I got her some notebooks and stationary from bandnamco land. She's been running out lately so." Gaku said simply.

"I see....a very safe gift. But yeah Utau-chan composes alot so she'll be sure to use it." Ryu pondered.

"I see, it's a simple gift. But holds value." Tenn thought. He honestly wasn't sure if he got a good gift for Utau. But he was for sure going to make her birthday perfect.

"You boys ready?" Anesagi asked walking into the room. She raised an eyebrow looking at all of them and their thinking faces. "What's the matter?"

"Oh Anesagi-san! We were just talking about Utau-chan's birthday. Do you have anything planned?" Ryu asked.

"Hmm? I'm giving her what I give her every year. Tickets to a VIP spa and Kenko land along with mani pedi's" Anesagi shrugged smirking. "A woman's beauty needs a break sometimes"

"Dad's probably going to buy her a bunch of equipment again....." Gaku sighed.

"He'll spoil her alright, I saw the president purchase the latest DJ set on presale that Utau-chan was looking at." Anesagi lifted her arms. "Now you boys better get going!!"

By the time December Hit, all the billboards and magazines at least had something about Utau in her beloved birth month. She had multiple photoshoots and interviews as it was an Idol's birthday.

"But still, Utau-chan many fans have complimented your looks. Silky white skin, crystal blue eyes and snow white hair." Shimaoka Said from his seat. "And to think you were born in December, can it really be a coincidence?"
