I had spent the evening in Luke's room and we had awoken with our limbs tangled together (A/N: I hated writing that sentance, swiftly moving on). Luke looked up at me, "Good morning."
"Ew this is gross." I said plainly.
"What? What's gross?" He scoffed and laughed.
"You being all... romantic. It's weird. Leia wouldn't allow it." I said.
He laughed, "Wow that was mean, completely unnecessary. You know what I'm just going to get up." He began moving away from me.
I grabbed his wrist pulling him back down, "Absolutely not."
"Oh okay I see how it is. Now you love me." He laughed wrapping his arm back around me.
"This is lovely but I think your father wants to speak to you." I said standing up and picking my helmet up and putting it on my head.
He groaned, "Ugh! Do I have to?" He asked
"Yes I'm afraid you do." I nodded. "Now hurry up I don't want him to be even more angry." He nodded im agreement.

"And honestly I want to know where I'm that tiny brain of yours, you thought it would be okay to leave the palace walls only mere days after your attempted assassination. The rebels were dealt with and have been imprisoned but you didn't know that! Besides anyone would want to kill a prince!" Senator Organa finished. He'd been going on this rant for around fourth five minutes and it was honestly getting boring.
Luke nodded, "I'm very sorry father, I will do anything to make it up to you." He said looking down to his lap.
Senator Organa sighed, "A senators daughter from Coruscant will be visiting in a few days, we hope for a marriage, please make a good impression."
Both mine and Luke's head snapped up, "What?! A marriage?" He asked.
Senator Organa nodded, "Yes. It would do great for our political stance and would really benefit both Coruscant and our economy. It's perfect. Archilla is her name, lovely girl and she's your age." He smiled.
I could feel the angry heat eradicating off of Luke, "No! What about me? I want to marry for love not wealth!" He said looking back at me.
His mother spoke up, "It's not always about what you want dear. Your lucky someone still wants you after the assassination. Besides didn't you mention it just the other day?" She asked.
"I was joking!" He shouted, "I don't want to be married to some senators daughter!"
"Oh do get over it. You don't even have to talk to her again. Just get married and live in a house. Have as many affairs as you want just don't get caught." Senator Organa joked.
"No!" Luke yelled making both his parents jump, he got up and walked to the door and I followed him, "This isn't happening." And he left.
Senator Organa turned to me, "Oh do calm him down please."
I followed Luke out as he stormed the opposite way to his room, "Luke everything's going to be fine, but where are you going."
He abruptly stopped and turned to me. He rested his hands on my shoulders then said, "Can we just run away?" He shook his head, "No that's crazy. I'm only going to Leia's room, please come with me."
I nodded, "It's kind of my job to."
He laughed and we began walking again. We walked in a comfortable silence with his fingers laced in mine, I saw the other guards and staff look down in shock but none said anything and with one gesture to my gun they immediately got back to work.
We reached Leia's room and she opened the door and smiled, "If it isn't my favourite brother and his boyfriend!" She exclaimed.
"I'm your only brother with a boyfriend. In fact I'm your only brother? Can we come in?" He asked. "It's urgent."
She nodded, "Of course, of course. Come in." She opened the door wider to let us inside.
We made our way in and she poured some tea. She handed me a cup and I shook my head, "Can't take the helmet off I'm afraid."
She smiled, "No problem!" She moved her hand from behind her back and put a straw in the tea, "All sorted!" She smiled again.
Under my helmet I grinned, "Thank you Leia." It was honestly a really nice gesture.
Her and Luke sat down on her bed sitting across from each other and I sat on a velvet chair across from it. "So what's the matter Luke?" She asked.
Luke sighed, "Father is arranging a marriage for me." He said then look a sip of his tea.
Her eyes widened, "Oh."
"Yes. And obviously not only do I love Din but I am kind of obliged to marry him now or... or I die." He said. Wow.... What a way to phrase it Luke, thanks.
Leia's head snapped to me, "What?!" She was angry and I could tell.
"It's my creed. The only people who are allowed to see my face are people in my clan, otherwise they must die. I don't plan on killing your brother by the way, I plan on marrying him." I clarified.
"Ah I see. Well you'll need my blessing first." She said. Luke covered his face with his hands out of what I assume was embarrassment.
"Isn't it usually the father you need the blessing from?" I asked.
"Yes... usually. But our father is useless and pretty much absent as he is a Senator. Therefore you need my blessing." She smiled.
"I see. Leia Organa, do I have permission to marry your brother?" I asked seriously, I genuinely needed to know.
"Yes of course." She smiled patting my shoulder.
Luke anxiously uncovered his eyes, "Is it finally over? Oh thank the stars." He laughed.
Leia turned back to Luke, "You have to tell father." She said abruptly.
"What?" Luke asked horrified.
"You must tell him before this arranged marriage spirals. I don't want you to hurt the feelings of that young lady to because that's not fair. Also, you need it for peace of mind Like and you know that." She said. Wow this girl is so wise!
Luke nodded and frowned, "I know, I know."
