As I arrived at the CWC, I had to hide from Carla and meet with Shawn about my contract.

I really couldn't wait to make my debut here tonight and the best part? There were no reports on me signing with NXT or anything that relates to me being in Orlando.

As I walked in, I saw Carla, but I hid from her almost immediately. I didn't want her to see me at all as I had to talk to Shawn.

Once I found his office, I walked in as I was really excited to be in the presence of one of my wrestling heroes growing up.

Shawn: Elijah, right?

Me: Yes sir.

Shawn: No no no. You don't have to be formal, you can call Shawn.

Me: Okay, Shawn.

Shawn: So, with you coming to NXT and sign with us, I have to say, it's very sudden, but with your reasoning to get away from your—

Me: Shawn, with all due respect, I'd prefer to keep my dad out of it, lest I suffer from the PTSD I've suffered over the years, just because it's being brought up.

Shawn: It's okay, I understand. I'll keep it brief, if it makes you feel better.

Me: I appreciate that. Thanks.

Shawn: Now that we have that out of the way, sign here and we'll have you debut tonight, whenever it makes you feel comfortable.

Me: I plan to. It's an honor to work for you, Shawn.

Shawn: The pleasure's all mine, son.

I sign the contract and once it was all over, we shook hands and it was official, I'm signed to NXT.

Now, I wait for the chance to make my debut, but little did everyone knows, I'm surprising my best friend.

As I was about to go for the pin after Pop Rox, I saw someone come out of the crowd and took out the ref!

It had to be Mandy's fiancé because he seemed adamant about her retaining the title!

He took out the ref by pulling him through the ropes and then bashing him with a forearm as Mandy was telling him what to do.

Mandy: Grab me my title! I'm gonna hit her with it!

He did as she was given the title and Tino was in the ring with her with a smile on his face.

Mandy: Get her up! Pick her up!

Tino picked me up and held me by my arms, locking me in as Mandy was really going to hit me with the title as the ref was still out.

She got close to me, grabbed my chin to look at her and she yelled in my face...

Mandy: Your fairy tale ends, Roxanne! It's over for you! It's—

When that missile drop sound came through the speakers, along with "Yeah, we're coming down", everyone popped so loud and I was in complete shock.
