Alex pov
I got on my bike and drove off to the diner with Bella

(Timeskip to when they got home after they had lunch at the diner with Charlie)

I grumbled my body aches for some reason I got off my bed as I felt sick I went to my bathroom and threw up and I'm guessing Bella heard me as she came to me "oh my gosh Alex are you ok?" I shook my head throwing up again "hey bells did I eat any thing I shouldn't have?"

She shook her head no and I threw up again she got worried and called dad he got home 10 minutes later he came to my room and told Bella to go to sleep I threw up more and dad got worried and called the doctor he arrived and went to my room

"Hello I'm doctor Cullen what seems to be the problem?" He asked I was about to say something when I threw up again this time coughing in the process to he looked at me nodding his head he felt my forehead I leaned into his hand as his hand was cold it honestly felt nice "your hands feel nice" he chuckled at that

He then froze realizing what's happening though I have no clue I felt a little better as I sat up Closing the seat and flushing the toilet "I think you might have the flu go and lay down I'll be right with you" I nodded going to my bed laying down dr Cullen called someone exposing something and he looked back at me he nodded and went to me "ok you call jasper he's my son if anything worse happens ok and I'll be right over as quick as possible ok?" I nodded he said goodbye and he left I then went to sleep

(I'm the middle of the night at like 3 am)

I woke up coughing horribly dad heard and went to me he called dr Cullen and he came over dad said he had to get to work and I nodded saying goodbye

I coughed again after he left dr cullen then looked at me seriously "ok what im about to tell you may sound crazy but listen to it alright because it might happen with your case of the flu" I nodded skeptical

he sighed explaining to me about how vampires and werewolves are real and how im a werewolf i just froze "what?!" he hushed me a little "listen you cant tell anyone not even your sister alright?" i nodded slowly processing everything I then coughed again "still feel like crap though"

he chuckled giving me a note guessing a doctor note i smiled to him thanking him he then left and i went back to sleep
