"And here's a new chapter for you!"

Zero smirked.

"This one is going to be a little bit different in terms of heroes."

???

"What exactly do you mean by that?"

RODK Ozpin raised an eyebrow.

"Well, for starters."

Zero began.

"A majority of you heroes don't exist in this world."

Clang!

"WHAT!?"

Was the reaction he expected.

Holding up his hands, he began explaining.

"In this world, only the DC verse characters exist."

He started.

Here the Justice League and their gallery of villains started.

"(M/N) parents are different."

?

"Different how?"

Cain asked, curious at what the God meant.

"As you already know." Ei spoke up. "Every universe is different, as such so is the lives of those that live there."

"In a good portion of the multiverse you two are (M/N) parents. But in other parts of the multiverse, he has a completely different set of parents."

"(M/N) mother here is Laura (L/N), while his father...well, let's leave that for now."

The Electro Archon giggled.

...Why were they getting a bad feeling now?

"Something bad happens, doesn't it?"

Ava sighed, already knowing that her son alternate self most likely is going to suffer in some way.

"Yep."

Anakin said.

"No surprise there."

Donny simply said.

"But yes." Master Splinter confirmed. "Unfortunately, Laura is suffering from terminal cancer and is on her deathbed."

"Oh no!"

Many people shouted at that.

"But." The Shredder began. "There are some secrets that only his mother, and some of his friends know. Of course, these secrets will slowly unravel themselves."

"Starting with the boy father in that dimension."

'...Please don't let it be a villain.'

The Justice League and Ethan thought to themselves.

As the screen started focusing on that world.

-Hospital-

BEEP! BEEP!

"Mom..."

A young teen with (H/C) hair, (E/C) eyes, and (S/C) skin stared forlornly at his mother laying on the hospital bed.

"Great!"

Union Yang grumbled.

"Not even five seconds and we're already being hit with the feels!"

"Yeah..." "Ugh!" "Why!?" "Can't we go through one viewing without their being some sort of emotional trauma?"

"But emotional trauma is necessary for the origin story."
