Green Day's set eventually ended and Ryan and his friends were exhausted, but happy overall. They started to exit the venue, which took a while because there were a lot of people there.

"Duuuude, that was awesome!" Ryan exclaimed, a wide smile on his face.

"It was," Ronnie agreed. "Fuck, man, we gotta see them again!"

"Definitely," Ron replied.

"Hey, did anyone see Ryan knock that guy down? That was so funny," Derek laughed.

"Yeah, it was so rude, though. I bet it embarrassed Ron," Ronnie answered, smiling at Ron who just rolled his eyes.

"He shouldn't have been in my way," Ryan stated, shrugging. He immediately thought of the pretty boy he had knocked down and felt bad.

"He looked like Ryan's kind of guy, too. Way to blow it, man," Derek teased.

"No, Derek. He didn't get to blow it 'cause he had to go and be an asshole to him!" Ronnie joked back and both boys started laughing.

"That wasn't even funny...like at all..." Ryan said, though no one was listening. He really did feel bad about knocking the boy down. And he remembered how pretty he was...those blue eyes...the shy smile...ugh. Ryan really felt bad then.

The boys finally made it out of the venue. They were on their way to the car when Ryan spotted the pretty boy standing in front of the venue, his face lit up by his phone's screen. Ryan felt a smile tugging at his lips and he blushed.

"Hey, guys, give me a minute, okay?" Ryan told his friends, who shrugged. Ryan began making his way over to the boy and he heard his friends start whispering when they realized what he was doing.

The boy looked up from his phone when he heard Ryan coming towards him. He stood up straighter, as if in defense. Ryan noticed a questioning look in his eyes and a small purple bruise on his cheek. Fuck... He suddenly felt anxious about talking to the boy.

"Um, hi..." Ryan started, lifting his hand to scratch his head out of nervous habit.

"Hello..." the boy replied softly. To Ryan's surprise, he had an English accent. Can't get much hotter than that, Ryan thought.

"I just wanted to apologize for knocking you down during the show," Ryan told him, trying to appear more confident than he felt.

"Oh, it's okay," the boy mumbled, blushing and looking down at his shoes.

"No, no. I feel really bad," Ryan confessed, feeling a bit more confident now.
