~Seto's POV~
"Why is this happening, last time I just became ill?" I ask. "Dark magic doesn't go away Seto, it can stay dormant for awhile but once you use it, it stays with you and it...changes you, controls you." He explains. "W-whats going to happen to me?" I ask hugging him. "If it stays with you, it'll control you and you'll probably kill your friends." He says. "Get it out, please, I don't want to hurt anyone." I beg. "I don't know if I can...it might be to late Seto." He tells me. "Is it getting darker to you?" I ask. Sshadee looks around before looking back at me with concern. "No..." He answers. "If it controls me...kill me." I say. "I'm not going to kill you Seto, give me your hand I'll try to help." He says holding out his hand, I take it and his hand starts glowing a deep red color with a mixture of black in it. I start feeling sleepy but shake the feeling off. "Now, you'll start feeling tired but I need you to stay awake okay Seto? Its going to try and take control of you so don't fall asleep." He says. My whole body goes numb and I fall over, Sshadee keeps holding my hand. "Seto, stay awake! Don't fall sleep, I know you want too but you can't." He yells. I can feel my heart slowing down as I lay there, my head starts to feel dizzy and pain shoots through my chest. "It.....h-hurts...." I tell him. I whimper as the pain intensifies, more pain going to my arms and legs. "Seto, I need you to calm down, the pain is all in your head. It's not real." He says trying to calm me down. The pain moves to my head and I can't think, my vision starts getting darker. "If...it...c-controls me....kill me......please..." I say. Sshadee holds my hand with two hands, the red aura getting brighter. "Stay awake!" He yells. Suddenly the pain starts to subside, my vision slowly turns to normal. "There you go, see your going to be okay." Sshadee says kissing my hand gently. When the pain is gone, I notice I'm still numb and I can't move, I still feel tired so I close my eyes and fall asleep.
~Ty's POV~
"Adam he's our friend we have to go find him!" I argue. "He used dark magic Ty, it's his own fault and I'm not letting you hurt yourself by finding that...freak!" He yells. "He's not a freak, and if you knew me...really knew me than you wouldn't say that about him." I say. "What are you talking about?" He asks confused. "Adam there's something I should probably tell you, you see...I'm...a dragon hybrid..." I admit. Adam stares at me blankly as he takes in the new information. "Why didn't you tell me?" He says. I look down at the floor. "I guess I'm a freak too now huh?" I ask. Adam suddenly embraces me in a hug. "Your not a freak Ty, I know you would never hurt anyone so it's okay." He says trying to cheer me up. "And I know Seto would never hurt us either!" I yell. Adam kisses me on the lips to calm me down. "Okay, okay, so I might have been a little over protective. Let's go find him." He says. I nod and we head out the door towards the forest where we saw Seto run to.
~Sshadee's POV~
I really didn't mean what I did...when your a shadow creature our dark magic makes us think...differently. Seto soon falls asleep, I let him because I know the dark magic is gone. My aura is glowing brighter from the new magic I absorbed, but slowly dims. I couldn't destroy the magic, and it was going to control him...so I absorbed it. I'm use to dark magic so it doesn't matter. I hear a twig snap from behind me and turn around to see Sky and Ty. Ty runs up to Seto and checks his pulse, I smirk and laugh at him, he gives me a glare before going back to Seto. "He's fine." I say. "How do we know yoeur not lying." Sky says getting in my face. "Because if it wasn't for me he would be murderering your ass!" I yell poking him harshly. "Seto wouldn't hurt us!" Ty retorts. I laugh and look at him, he's sitting on his knees beside Seto. "That dark magic would have controlled him." I explain. "Where's that magic now?" Sky asks. I smile maliciously at him and show him my hand that is surrounded in a dark red flame. "Right here!" I yell. Sky backs away from me. "Your crazy!" He yells back. "Thanks for noticing." I laugh. Sky goes over to Seto, looking at me from the corner of his eye, picks him up bridal style and walks away with Ty. "Have fun in the end Ty Ty." I say. Ty starts running, Sky tries to keep up with him while carrying Seto. "Tell Ian and Derp I said Hi!" I yell before melting into the shadows.
~Ty's POV~
"Have fun in the end Ty Ty." Sshadee says. Only one person ever called me Ty Ty...Endy. I start running back to the house, Adam running to catch up with me.
We enter the house, Adam lays Seto down on the couch. Ian and Derp come down the stairs. "He passed out again?" I think Ian says but I can't tell when he has his glasses off, and Ian starts talking like Derp. "Long story." I say trying to catch my breath. Adam looks at both of them and sighs in disappointment. "Which ones Ian." He says. They both look at each other and smile before looking back at us. "Like we would tell you." I think Derp says. "Whatever, you know what fine he can stay but if anyone gets hurt it's your fault Ian!" He yells pointing at one of them. "Okay." The one Adam wasn't pointing too says before putting his glasses on. Adam looks at the one he's pointing too, Derp smiles maliciously at him so he backs away. "I'm not going to hurt you Adam." Derp says. "Your creepy." Adam says. Derp looks sadly at him and looks away.
A/N there's one more chapter left....I'm kind of sad its almost over....but hey, I can be able to finally say "I finished a book!" Yay, are you proud of me Mom? No? Okay...
