Romance Quarrels

Part 16

New day has come. Nira with her mom and dad is staying beside Gerald. Zith who is still at her apartment, right now preparing to go to the hospital to visit Gerald. When Zith is opening her door, there she saw Aranda in front of her.

"Why are you coming?" Ask Zith.

"I come to say sorry..." Said Aranda.

"I already forgive you.." Said Zith.

"Still.. Can we go back and make things work for both of us?" Ask Aranda, he took Zith's hand.

"I don't know..." Said Zith.

"I love you.. I can't live without you.." Said Aranda.

"But it's hard for me to trust you again after all the evidence I saw all this time..." Said Zith.

"Let's forget about the past and start everything from the beginning, can we?" Ask Aranda.

"I will with one condition.." Said Zith.

"What is it? I will do anything.." Said Aranda.

"You need to stop working in studio and find a new job." Said Zith.

"I can, but how about you? Can you leave the company and stay with me?" Ask Aranda.

"I will leave the company.." Said  Zith.   

"That's good so we both in win-win solution.." Said Aranda.

"But.. I need to think it over, I'll tell you when I'm ready..." Said Zith.

Right after saying that, Zith leave Aranda and went to hospital.

Inside the hospital.

Zith walking to Gerald's room. There from outside his room, it can be seen his family staying there to look after him. Sadly, Gerald is still unconscious. Zith knocking the door, and Nira is opening the room and greet her.

"Hi sist!" Greet Nira.

"Hi Nira, how is Gerald's condition now?" Ask Zith.

"His condition is stabilize, but he hasn't open his eyes yet. Come in!~" Said Nira.

"It's okay... I came here just to bring you guys some fruits and flower.." Said Zith, giving Nira a small bouquet of fresh daisy flower, and a basket of mix fruits.

"Thankyou, but please come in~ Mom and dad want to greet you too!~ Also, Gerald might also miss you!" Said Nira, she hold Zith's hand and bring her inside the room.  

Zith went inside the room, there he meet Gerald's parent for the first time.

"Mom, dad, this is the girl who donor her blood for Gerald~" Said Nira, introducing Zith to them.

"Hi auntie, uncle, I'm Zith.." Greet Zith.

"Oh, Zith, Thank you for helping my son." Said their mom, standing up from her seat and bow to Zith.

"Yeah, we are so grateful you help him.." Said their dad, also bowing to Zith.

"It's okay, no worries, Gerald is a good person, he always help me. So, it's my job to help him when he needs help." Said Zith.

Right after that, Gerald suddenly open his eyes.

"Mom, dad, Gerald open his eyes! He is conscious!" Said Nira.

"Call the doctor and nurse!" Said their mom.

Meanwhile their dad already leave the room searching for a doctor or nurse.

Gerald open his eyes, he looks around him. His eyeview is still blurred. Zith come closer to his side.

"Gerald, you finally awake.." Said Zith.

"Thank God you finally open your eyes!" Said their mom.

"We are so worried about you!" Said Nira.

Gerald only replying them with a thank you word and a smile.

"Anyway, the police found this box in your car." Said Nira, giving the little box to Gerald.

Although his surrounding is still blurred, he recognize that.

"Zith, it's yours..." Said Gerald.

"M-Me? You might be mistaken me with others?" Said Zith.

Nira quickly give the little box to Zith. Zith refuse to take it, but Nira hold her hand and give it to her.

"Can everyone leave the room for awhile.. I need to talk privately with her.." Said Gerald.

"Okay.." Said Nira, holding their mom's arm and leave the room.

Now it's only left the two of them in that room, Zith and Gerald.

"That gift supposed to be given to you in our dinner before." Said Gerald.

Zith open it, it's a really expensive necklace.

"Thanks... But I-" Zith haven't done talking, but Gerald there already cut her.

"I love you Zith.." Said Gerald, breaking the silence of that room.

Zith is surprised, because what Aranda said all this time is true.

"I'm sorry, but... This is wrong, we are just a bestfriend.." Said Zith.

"I can take care of you better than him, you should leave him.." Said Gerald.

Zith haven't reply him, but the doctor already get inside to check Gerald's condition.

"You should think over it..." Said Gerald. 

"Excuse me Miss, can you leave the room first, we need to check on the patient." Said the nurse.

Right after that Zith leaving the room and say goodbye to his family and back to her apartment.

When she arrived at her apartment, there she saw something on her dining table. It's a food with a message that written in small paper like this: It must be a tiring day, I hope you won't forget to energize yourself. I cook your favorite food, don't forget to warm it and eat it. (*-*)v

Zith eating it while smiling.
