The sun shined through the sheer curtains that hung over the industrial windows. Kaiore groaned waking up from the loud traffic on the streets. She layed on her back, staring at the ceiling attentively. She had to sit in silence for a couple minutes after waking up, she thought people who jumped straight out of bed were strange.
She couldn't extended her minutes of silence for to long since she had to go back to her apartment. Finally getting out of the bed, she felt the routinely morning pee come. Standing at the side of the bed she bent down to grab her phone from under the comforter.
Patting her head she walked to bathroom, the cold tiles under her feet sent chills down her spine as she entered. Sitting on the toilet she unlocked her device and scrolled on instagram. Like expected everyone did infact go crazy over her return. Mainly women, in hopes of booking a hair appointment.
That reminded her that she had to go close on her lease for her new suite. She'd find some time this week to do that though, for now her focus was on settling in. After handling all of her morning tasks, she gathered her things and ordered her uber. Walking out of the room she saw nunu and sdot sprawled out on the sectional.
Walking to the side of the coach where nunu was resting she nudged her. "hm?" nunu groggily replied. "i'm finna head home, lock the door" kaiore whispered. Nunu nodded her head giving kaiore the queue to leave. Even though it was sunny outside, that didn't hinder the fact that it was chilly outside.
Kaiore's favorite season had just rolled around; she loved fall. The perfect weather, the festivities, and not to mention the holiday food. Her uber wouldn't arrive until another 3 minutes so kaiore sat at the last step of the stairs. Little kids walked by since it was really early and they had to walk to the subway station.
Soon after a red tesla pulled infront of the building. Walking to the back of the car kaiore made sure the license plates matched from the app. Getting the confirmation she got in the back of the vehicle.
"Kaiore right?" The man spoke with a nuyorican accent. "Yes" kaiore said placing her monogram back to the side of her. Normally she would listen to music in the back of a uber but since the ride was short she decided to just look out the window.
Approaching her residence she gathered her belongings. The car came to a stop allowing her to get out, she thanked the man before closing the door. Kaiore always tipped after a service, well that's if the person providing the service wasn't being blatantly rude or unprofessional.
Coming inside her place she put her things on the kitchen island and sat on her sofa. The movers did everything how she wanted. As soon as her muscles relaxed on the sofa her phone went off. Looking down at the contact name it was jays sister jayyanna.
