Backstory: she was a spy before KC was, originally being assigned to make sure KC was safe at all times. Cecilia is kind of the middle ground between KC and Marissa, being not quite as girly as Marissa, but not as much of a tomboy as KC. Cecilia plays quints in the marching band at Hamilton High and becomes drum major eventually.
