Celebrating the fact Vilda is finally out with a long chapter!

Mapi was out for four days due to her bruised ankle, she was annoyed that she would be missing out on training and friendlies, but got used to it meant she would spend more time with Alexia... and Jana.

Jana was confused when she was called in on her off-day to the training grounds by Jonatan, the man telling her that it was an important meeting and that she would be paid extra for a bonus job.

The woman was slightly short on money, so she didn't argue with the coach.

Knocking on Jonatan's office door, she entered when hearing a cheery 'come in', and her jaw almost dropped to the floor when Mapi was sat beside the small man, with a wary expression that matched her own.

"Sorry for the late notice, Jana. Sit down, please." Jonatan gestured with his hand, smiling at the woman who hesitantly sat beside Mapi, the two sharing a side glance before staring forward.

"Hola, Jona... Mapi. Can I ask why I am here?" Jana questioned warily, feeling a headache coming along as she knew what the man would say.

"As you know, Mapi is out for four days and she needs extra rehab for her ankle. More matches are coming and she needs to be in top shape," Jonatan smiled, looking between the two women as if he knew what was happening—glad that he could be their matchmaker, "I know that Mapi respects you a lot, she told me just before you came in."

Jana almost laughed when she noticed the defender's wide eyes and blushing cheeks, shaking her head at the coach in betrayal, "I mean... yes. I respect you, but you don't have to do this."

"Rosa is not available," The man reminded, gesturing towards the brunette who sat with a small smile, "You are in safe hands, Mapi. Do not worry."

Then, Jonatan passed Jana a schedule that would go over the athlete's workouts, a scoff almost left her mouth when it said it would begin within the next ten minutes, "Now?"

The coach nodded then pointed towards the door, "You don't want to be late for your next session."

The two left the room, unknowing of Jonatan's large grin as he watched the pair. The hallway was filled in silence, except for the squeaks of their shoes and occasional apologies when their hands touched.

"How is your ankle?" Jana cleared her throat as she was the first to start the conversation, startling the blonde who processed her words then nodded.

"It's slightly sore, my apartment lift is broken so I had to drag myself down the stairs this morning." Mapi laughed, glad to clear the awkwardness for a moment as Jana chuckled at the thought, "I know that this was your day off. I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what?" The therapist rose one eyebrow, pushing the gym door open and holding it for Mapi who nodded in appreciation and entered the room.

"For being a burden. This isn't how you imagined to spend your Friday." Mapi chuckled, but a sad expression appeared on her face for a second. Jana laid her hand on the blonde's shoulder, rubbing it reassuringly.

"I thought speaking to you was the best way to spend my time?" The therapist didn't think of what she had done or said, instantly pulling her hand away and walking towards the weights—picking up the ones for Mapi to use.

"It surprises me that you want to speak." Mapi shook her head, looking down at the weights but then her face contorted into confusion, "Can you show me how to do it?"

Jana rolled her eyes but nodded, taking her polo top off to showcase the sport bra underneath then pulled her hair up into a messy ponytail—she was glad that she was wearing leggings and sport trainers.
