hope is a powerful thing. i've lost my hope and it stings.

i've spent three years hoping. i'm done.

i sit in the sun and cry. i cry for things to get better.

i write a letter full of hope and burn it.

my hope is lost. i've been crossed and tossed around like a rag doll.

but i can handle it. i've lost all hope in things getting better, but i'll stay strong.

i write songs and take hits from a bong, simply hoping.
