With your elbows supporting your weight, you layed down on the sand and watched Tae-ho, who was still swimming. "Tae-ho should we go now? It's gettting dark." You said loud enough for him to hear. He put five fingers up before shouting. "Five more minutes!" You laughed at his childlike behaviour.

Pulling out a towel, he wrapped it around you. "Ah thank you." You muttured. Tae-ho plopped down beside you. He sighed heavily before speaking. "I actually came to the beach only three times in my life...so I just wanted to appreciate each moments and make the most of it." You turned to him. "Only three times?" He nodded. "Once with my family, then with my mother only and the last time with you." Tae-ho smiled sorrowfully.

"Why were you with your mother only the second time?" You questioned. "It was for summer vacation, she wanted to have a mother and son trip." He laughed while wiping his chest with a towel. "That sounds fun." You added. "It was...actually-" Tae-ho paused, turning his head. "You remind me a a lot of my mother."

You proudly grinned. "Reallly? She must have been very pretty then." Tae-ho snickers. "Personality wise."
You cheeks became red, hearing his words. Clearing your throat, you scoot closer to him before saying. "I am very thankful that you invited on this trip, I really needed this." The corner of Tae-ho's lips rose up. "Your welcome...is something still bothering you?"

You stumbled upon your words as you tried to find an answer to his question. "Well, I-I umm...with all this ruckus happening in Seoul because of V, it just feels very...unsafe." You explained. "This might sound weird but...no leave it." You shrug off your thought. Tae-ho stared at you with a raised eyebrow. "What is it? If something is really bothering you, you should tell me."

You chewed on your lip while debating with your thought. "Umm It's weird but I think I may have known him in the past." For a few seconds you held your breath, expecting him to burst out in laughter but his answer took you by surprise.

"Maybe you did, but It's in the past now so, It's better for you to just forget it." You sighed while nodding your head lightly. "Yes, you're right." Tae-ho interwined his fingers with yours. "Enough about these stuff now, we are here to enjoy summer!" He shouted the last part, making you hit hit on the chest. "Oh! Don't be so loud, It's almost night." You chuckled.

"It's fine! No one is around." Tae-ho turned his head around then side to side to check before slowly leaning his face towards you. Reluctantly, you did same thing as him. Wrapping your arms around his neck, you closed your eyes and let your lip land onto his. Tae-ho leaned in closer to deepen the kiss.

"W-wait maybe we should head back to the hotel."

"Let's go." Tae-ho grabbed the beach bag and extended his arm out for you to hold onto but something felt odd. You eyes wandered around as if searching for something. "Did you lose something?" Tae-ho questioned. "I'm not sure but I feel like I forgot something." You look down while rubbing your chin, thinking thoroughly.

"My phone!" You shouted, making Tae-ho flinch. "I-I don't think I brought it with me." You started walking back and forth, blurting out things about your phone. Tae-ho quickly stopped you. "Calm down, when was the last time you saw it?" He asked, caressing your hair. "When we were shopping for food this morning." You face palmed yourself in disappointment.

"Maybe you just left it at the hotel." You nodded "Maybe." Tae-ho held your hand.

These two days had gone by perfectly but little did you know this perfect vacation would soon fall apart.
