Indecisive as ever

Contradictive as ever

Lost in your wander

With you, happiness surrounds

Yet there remains a transparent void yet to surface

Surely, one day, it will emerge

An inevitable void, for one has committed the sin of loving

Loneliness is a dangerous thing

It can push you to do something reckless

Like how they would end their own life

Like how they would choose to run from reality

Loneliness is a prison I'm willing to stay in for a while rather than trade it for another

A prison where solitude is your only friend

It's loneliness and freedom, fractured within the gap in your soul

Switching between the two, as one continues to wander

I fear the cold

So i tried become one

But i was too warm, the cold melted almost immediately

Perhaps it's the same for them

Warmth is unfamiliar

Perhaps they tried to become one

But it's too hot for them; it hurts

It melts down the walls they've build

Leaving them vulnerable

Open for the chosen one to see

May you burn in the warmth of vulnerability and freeze in the cold of solitude

May you find the lost and the unknown

Outside this sanctuary of old love, where everything about you resides and remains untouched
