#19 This won't be that easy

Once they were done with their meal they took a little rest under the tree

Nezuko then stood up and went to Izuku "It's time to train come with me" Nezuko said Izuku nodded

They then went their way to the mountain where there was a little bit of air

The higher they go the harder for Izuku to breathe even though he has learned how to use his breath a bit

"What are we doing here Nezuko-san what training are we going to do here?" Izuku said

"Meditation," Nezuko said

"Ehh just meditation," Izuku said

"Don't take this so easily Izuku-san considering the low amount of oxygen in here you will need to focus and concentrate on your breathing if you want to meditate here correctly" Nezuko said

"I didn't say it would be easy though I just thought I would have to do something else," Izuku said

"Just start meditating already Izuku-san I will be telling you when will you stop just focus and I might decide to end it quickly," Nezuko said

With this Izuku started to meditate in a little open spot where the sunlight was still visible

He had trouble because of how thick the air around the area and it made it hard to breathe it had been a few minutes but Izuku still hadn't done it

Nezuko just looked at him simply observing how he was doing

After an hour and a half, Izuku is sweating hard trying to concentrate but he is not doing so well he can only concentrate for a minute then he loses his concentration

"Alright I think that's enough for now", Nezuko said

Nezuko knows that if she doesn't stop it now then Izuku will pass out so it's better if he stops that and do something else

"Alright let's go back to the camp and you can rest for a while", Nezuko said, and Izuku just nodded
When they got back they saw All Might doing yoga

(How is he even doing all of those posts with all those muscles) Nezuko said to herself with a blank expression while Izuku was fanboying in silence

"Oh you guys are back so how were you're training going," All Might asked

"It didn't go well but it's not like you can successfully do it on the first try," Nezuko said

"That is true," All Might said while he took another yoga post

"But anyways after Izuku-San takes a rest you will take over his training give him some lecture on how One For All works and then after that send him to me beside the waterfall so we can start his combat training," Nezuko said

"Sound like a plan," All Might said

After 20 minutes Izuku was done resting All Might took him to an open area

"Alright young Midorya I will be telling you how to use One For All so you can be prepared once you have it are you ready" All Might said

"Hai I am All Might," Izuku said

"The primary function of OFA is to stockpile raw power. The users can focus that energy on a single body part channeling the power they absorb from their environment and unleashing a powerful attack. And to receive a massive boost in physical capabilities." All Might explained

"Is that so?" Izuku said

"Now I want you to deliver a punch with all you got," All Might said

"Haii" Izuku said then he punched All Might
