Chapter 5

Class 1-A: "The kid who ranks last... Gets expelled?!" 

Y/n: "Too loud..."

The students of class 1-A were shocked while some other students kept their composure and remained relaxed, despite the news that they were given.

Ochaco: "But this is our first day here! But even if it wasn't... That's just unfair!"

Hearing the word "unfair" Mr. Aizawa raised his eyebrows at the students showing his sleepy eyes, which made the students back up.

Aizawa: "Natural disasters, massive, accidents, and ego-mad villains... All kinds of calamities can happen when we least expect them... Does that seem unfair to you? It's our job as heroes, to make sure when these "unfair" things happen we are there to stop them before they get out of hand,"

Mr. Aizawa said as he scratched a portion of his hair. As every student in Class 1-A stayed silent.

Aizawa: "As I said earlier... If you were counting on making friends here, that's too bad. From now on for the next three hard years, you will experience hardship after the next. That is all you can expect here at U.A."

Aizawa then shook his head removing the hair from his eyes, as the students of Class 1-A were getting ready for the test.

Aizawa: "Go above and beyond... "Plus Ultra","

Y/n: 'So the pressure is on I guess... What will Izuku do?'

Y/n's eyes traveled to Izuku who looked terrified at the fact that whoever ends up in last place gets expelled.

Aizawa: "Now Y/n did a demonstration for one of the tests. I expect each of you to overcome these trials and climb to the top... It's time to step up to the plate... What are you all doing standing there? Get ready,"

Class 1-A: "Yes, sir!"

Y/n: "Still too loud..."

Trial 1: 50 Meter-Dash

Aizawa: "Y/n, Kirishima you're up,"

Y/n nodded as did the kid with red-spiky hair, as they walked up to the line where they were supposed to start. The ring of blood was still around Y/n indicating that his quirk was still active, as he got into a 3-point stance ready to burst off the line with speed.

Robot: "Get set... Go!"

As soon as the two of them heard the robot say, "Go!" the two of them burst off the line, but Y/n with his quirk and heightened speed was able to make it to the line first, as the robot let out a beep as Y/n crossed the line, as well as Kirishima.

Robot: "Y/n L/n, time: 4.19 seconds,"

It then read out Kirishima's time.

Robot: "EIjiro Kirishima, time: 6.34 seconds,"

Y/n took a deep breath, as he was satisfied with the time that he got on the 50-meter dash.

Kirishima: "Hey! Y/n right?"

Y/n: "Yeah..."

Kirishima: "Your quirk is like really manly! It's strong!"

Y/n: "Thanks... I guess?"

Aizawa: "Hey, what did I say about making friends get back here, so we can keep these trials moving,"

Y/n and Kirishima: "Yes, sir,"

Trial 2: Grip Strength

Aizawa was holding his device while the students of Class 1-A were holding grip strength testers in their hands, while Aizawa wrote done what they got.
