Eclipse's backstory

School Problems

As Eclipse heard his dad returning from work, he couldn't help but notice something amiss in his father's demeanor. His caring dad, ever attuned to his son's well-being, checked in on him, concern etched across his face. "Hey, you good?" his dad inquired.

With a sigh of relief, Eclipse responded, "Yeah, I'm fine," concealing the fact that he had indulged in drinking the previous night. He hurriedly readied his school supplies, determined to put the night behind him, and embarked on his journey to school, a throbbing headache casting a shadow over his morning.

The walk to school felt like an arduous journey as the migraine persisted. Upon arriving at school, Eclipse's friends Rusty and Jack approached him, sensing something amiss. "You okay?" Rusty asked, concern evident in his voice.

Struggling to maintain his composure, Eclipse replied, "No, I think I have a migraine," his steps faltering as he tripped over himself. Nevertheless, he persevered and made it to class, surprisingly managing to navigate the lessons despite his discomfort.

The day marked a significant departure from his usual routine as it was the first time he had turned to drinking. All these new experiences left him feeling disoriented and vulnerable. The next class was gym, typically his favorite, but his current condition made it a challenging ordeal. Eclipse had planned to try out for the cricket team, a sport he excelled at, but his situation now cast a shadow over his abilities. He approached his teacher and asked if he could postpone the tryout until the next day, to which the teacher agreed. Eclipse spent the remainder of the class on his phone and completing undone work, a stark contrast to his usual active participation.

Rather than walking home, Eclipse decided to call an Uber, as he had recently reached the appropriate age for such transportation. Exhausted, he arrived at his doorstep and made his way wearily to his bed, grateful for the opportunity to rest and recover from the taxing day.
