Next day

I was at my locker organizing my books. Suddenly, most of the guys scared me from behind.
"Y'all do that again and I'm going to slash a knife right through your necks" I chuckled.

"Whoa there, no need." the guys chuckled.

"What's wrong?" Nash asked.

"Ugh, Cameron fixed me up to go to Ariana's sliver party." I rolled my eyes.

"You mean slumber party?" Taylor corrected me.

"Whatever."
We walked in the cafeteria and got our food.

"Guys, do I twitch?" I asked them.
The guys looked at each other and then looked at me.

"Twitch? Like when you don't like something, you twitch. You were twitching the whole day yesterday." Johnson said.

"Ugh, I don't twitch! You liars!" I banged my head on the table.
Where the heck is Cameron?

"Where's Cameron?" I asked.

"Oh, he's getting his food." Carter pointed.
Cameron came with his food tray and sat down.

"Sup guys!" He said.

"Sup buddy" everyone said except for me. I'm still upset that he set me up.
The bell rang for next period. Cameron and I have the same class.
"Hey, you're still upset?" He asked me

"Yeah!" We walked in class

"Sorry, but look at the bright side, you get to know Ari a little more." he smiled

"Yeah, yeah but I don't know. I forgive you, I hate getting mad at my best friend." I hugged him.

"You're were twitching." Cameron giggled.

"Shut up."

Finally after school. I rode my skateboard home. Marco was coming over to drop off the house so I can finish the last touches.
The doorbell rang and I opened it.

"Sup Marco." I smiled.

"Hey, how's it going?" He asked me.

"Good."
We walked to my room. He took out the house from a bag. It was cool, all I need to do is paint it and place the furniture and details.

"This is an A++." I smiled.

"Totally." he smiled. "um, Rosie...are you busy someday this week or next week?" Marco asked me.
Am I busy...yes..
"Uh, yeah I am, but not next week." I said.

"I was wondering if you want to join me roller blading?"

"Uh, yeah, sure."

"Great! I'll see you later." he hugged me and left.
What just happened? Did he just asked me out? Did he just hugged me!?

I bit my lip and looked outside. He's not that bad.
"I saw that."
I turned around, Jackie was smirking.

"What?"

"He asked you out and hugged you! How come you get all the guys! You're a tomboy!" Jackie complained.

"It's a gift." I smirked.

"Yeah, anyways... he totally likes you."

"I guess."

Jackie looked at me and rolled her eyes. She left my room.
"Girls, dinner!" Mom yelled.
We went downstairs and sat at the table. Mom made beef tacos.

"Where's Cameron, I haven't seen him since yesterday. I usually see him all day, everyday." mom asked.

"He has a girlfriend now." I secretly rolled my eyes.

"Really,what a lucky girl. I always thought you and Cameron make a cute couple."

I spit out my drink once mom said that.
"Mom!"
Now let me admit, I liked what my mom thought. But he's my friend and I hate having this feeling! Ugh! What is it!?

"Ooh you and Cameron or Marco." Jackie teased.

"Jackie! I'm going to rip your face off!" I yelled.
Jackie started laughing.

"Marco, your handsome art partner?" Mom asked.

"Yes! Ugh can we not talk about this" I took my food up to my room.
I finished eating and took my plate to the kitchen.
"Hey, you got mail. It's pink and sparkly." Jackie said.
I ran to her and grabbed the envelope. In big cursive writing it said Ariana.
I ran upstairs.

"What's that for?" Jackie asked.
I opened it. It had the time, date, and location. This Saturday!
Jackie barged in my room.
"What Jackie!" I asked annoyed.

"It's weird for you to get something pink... wha is it?"

"Ugh, you're so noisy. I am invited to Ariana's summer party and I don't know what to wear or do."

"It's February..." Jackie snatched the envelope from my hands. "it's called slumber party you ding dong! I actually thought you meant summer, I was about to say this Ariana girl is on crack" Jackie chuckled.

"Cameron set me up to go. He wants me to get along with her." I said.

"You're twitching."

"No I'm not!" I touched my face to check.

"Why don't you like her?"

"Because... well first of all her friends are the popular skunks. They judge me."

"Ok, look I can help you."
What... Jackie is going to help me! What a surprise...

"I will teach you what is done in a slumber party, games, gossip, and TRUTH OR DARE! Dun dun dun!!" Jackie said.

"Ok, let's get to it, slumber party is saturday." i said.
Jackie gave me my first lesson. It wasn't bad. This whole week she will give me tips. I am also going to watch a slumber party movie. How fun! Note the sarcasm.

I'm actually liking this slumber party thing, I just wish they had video games and aggressive pillow fights. Jackie says sometimes in slumber parties, people lightly hit each other. LIGHTlY! What's the point of the pillow fight if you can't rip the pillow and smash someone's face. I remember I accidentally made Shawn's nose bleed when we were kids. He was crying, "My red blood cells are leaking out my nose!" I felt really bad.

"Hey Jackie."

"What?"
