New Home

You're 18 years old and grew up in the foster system here in New York. You're in your last year of college, which you have been attending for 4 years on the Stark scholarship. You intern at Stark Tower with Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. You just finished your last college class for the week as you get an urgent text from Tony asking you to come to the lab ASAP.

I grab a taxi and head straight for Stark Tower. I text Tony back while in the car 'be there soon, Tony'. After a few minutes, the taxi pulls up in front of the tower, and I hand the driver a wad full of money as I rush into the tower and head right for the elevator. I press the button and nervously tap my foot on the ground as I wait for the elevator to arrive. After a few seconds, the doors to the elevator opens and I rush in and press the button for the 20th floor as I scan my security card. The elevator starts to climb up the towers as it dings as it reaches the 20th floor. I rush out of the elevator as I walk into the lab and see Tony at his desk working. "Tony, you said you need me here?" Tony looks up and smiles. "Ya, hey kiddo, so I did need you. me and Pepper have a surprise for you, and it couldn't wait any longer." Tony pulls a file out of his desk as he hands it to me. "Me and Pepper talked about it for a few weeks now, and we wanted to adopt you. If you would let us, you feel more like my daughter than an intern. So what do you say Y/N do you want to be a Stark?"

I hold the adoption papers in my hand as tears fall down my face. Tony and Pepper have always been like a family to me. And ever since I started this internship here at the tower, it's felt more like home than all of the foster homes I've been in.

I look up as Tony as I'm crying happily. "Yes, Tony, I would love to be Y/N Stark. I would love it if you and Pepper adopted me." As Tony hugs me and sighs in relief. "I'm glad to hear that, kiddo. I'll have a room in the tower set up for you and have Happy retrieve your stuff from the dorms and bring it to your new room. Also, I'll have a Stark issue phone ready for you by tomorrow. I'll show you up to your new room here in the tower and you can go shopping for stuff for your room tomorrow. Natasha will be helping you shop for new clothing tomorrow as well."

Tony grabs my hand as he takes me to my new room here in the tower. "Also, before dinner tonight, you can meet the team. Jarvis is installed into your room he is voice-activated. Happy should be here within an hour with your stuff from your dorm. Jarvis will let you know when Happy arrives with your stuff." Me and Tony arrive at my room, and I open the door and look inside. "Wow, it's amazing. Thank you, Tony." "No problem, kiddo. If you need anything, just ask Jarvis he knows everything. I have to get back to the lab, but I'll see you at dinner." Tony walks out of the room as I look out the window, and then I sit on my bed as I take in my new room. An hour later, I hear a knock at my door. " Madame Y/N Happy is here with your stuff from your dorm." Jarvis says to me. I get up and open the door and see Happy as I grab my bags and stuff from him as I set them in my room. "Thank you. Happy." I say as I close the door and start to unpack my stuff and set it up in my new room. I end up falling asleep on my new bed. As I take a nap, I get woken up by Jarvis. " Y/N Tony has requested your presence down in the main room." I rub my eyes as I sit up in the bed. " Jarvis, tell Tony I'll be down in 10 minutes." I get up ot of bed as I choose an outfit to change into. I grab a pair of black leggings and a crop top and head out of my room and head to the main room. I walk into the main room as I see some what familiar people as I look around and spot Tony walking towards me. "There she is, guys. This is Y/N, my new adopted daughter." I wave to the group of people. "Y/N, these are the Avengers. This is Captain America." Tony walks me around as I greet the Avengers. "This is Clint, amd Natasha. And you already met Bruce, and then there is Wanda. And then there is bucky and Sam." I shake everyone's hand as I walk around the room. "We are missing Thor, but he will be back in a few months he had some family things he had to deal with back on asgard." I look back as Tony. "Glad to meet everyone. I'm kind of a recluse, so if you don't see me often, don't be offended. I like to spend time in my room reading or be in the lab working on my projects." The group laughs as Natasha speaks up. "You are definitely like Stark. No wonder why he adopted you your like a small clone of him." The whole group breaks out in more laughter as I blush and walk to the dining room and grab a plate for dinner and head back to my room.
