Oh my God! Did I just really call her beautiful? Just let it go, act cool. "So what brought you passing out on Nash's steps," I say grinning. "Well I was just passing by from San Diego to get to Vegas because my brother is in the hospital," she says looking down. I try changing the subject because she looks like she's gonna cry. "So what's your name stranger?" "Lani." "Gorgeous name," Nash says,"You don't hear that name often."

"Thank you Nash," she says blushing. I think Lani likes Nash of course, who doesn't. "So how come you're here instead of on the road to Vegas?" "Well I was on the road until my phone broke down and my phone died, so I walked 2 miles to get here to borrow a phone and call a tow truck." "Here follow me, you can borrow my phone," Nash says. He hands her the house phone than he walks towards me.

"Dude! I call dibs, back off," I whisper to Nash. "You can't call dibs when I already got her," Nash winks at me. "I'll get her Nash, don't get flattered yet." Matt walks in afterwards and says,"Hey gorgeous," and sits on the counter. "Hey boyfriend," Lani says laughing. "So what's gonna happen now?" I ask. "Well the tow truck already picked my car up and is gonna keep it because my registrations are apparently expired," she says stressfully running her hands through her hair.

"Are you okay?" I ask. "Yeah. But I better get going and get a hotel somewhere near here till I get my registrations. Do one of you mind taking me there?" "Yes I do mind because I think it's better if you save your money and stay here," Nash argues. "But don't you think I would be invading your guys' space?"

"No it's all good and we got an extra room just for you," he says smiling. "Or she can just sleep with her boyfriend," Matt says making all of laugh. "I'm not kidding," he says with a straight face. "I'll show you to you room," I say winking. She follows behind me and I open the door for her to take a look around and get familiar with the place.
