                                       ~2 years after the escape~

All y/n had wanted was a normal life. She wanted to forget about Vile. She wanted to forget about Black Sheep.

Y/n didn't understand. She has food, water, money, a job, clothes, and a roof above her head. Yet she was still unhappy. She missed Black Sheep, but she didn't want to think about her, for it made her heart ache.

If it weren't for Black Sheep, y/n would never be here. She would have never been on that train if it wasn't for her.

She would not be free, if it wasn't for her.

Y/n tried to pretend that her life was normal.

But escaping a criminal empire isn't what you would call normal.
And of course, things only get weirder from there.

"Y/n! Wake up!" My roommate called out. "You'll be late for your job!"

I groaned. "Coming, Alyss."

It's not that I was tired. It's just that working at the coffee shop is so exhausting. It may seem relaxing, but it's really not. Everyone is rude and they complain about everything.  It's also crazy crowded. I can hardly catch a break! The shop is called is very famous. People come from all around the world just to taste, which doesn't really make sense to me. It's just coffee people!

I drove myself to the shop. Once I got there I stepped in and peered inside. "Hey! It's not so crowded today!" I thought to myself. A sense of glee settled into me. Only two people! One with a a cellphone and one with a red hoodie. I took the first persons order, but before I could take another, my boss pulled me aside.

"What's wrong, Janice?" I asked her.

"The shop is shutting down. Customers are getting less and less, and there is less social media hype. Today is your last day."

"Oh"

That's all I could say. I didn't know how to react. I wouldn't have a job I guess. Hopefully, I would quickly find another one.

I went back to the counter to take the girls order. She simply asked for one iced coffee. As I handed her the drink, I noticed something.

"...that necklace....."

I clutched my own necklace. Surely, it's a coincidence.... Then I remembered Black Sheep's words.

Flashback

"I made it myself. Do you like it?" She asked.

"..It's beautiful.." I told her.

End of flashback.

The necklace was one of a kind. Still, I can't see how this could be Black Sheep. Then again...

"Can I get a name for this order?"

"Carmen."

"Right." I jotted her name on the plastic container. My heart sank. That's not Black Sheep...

Suddenly, I noticed her staring at something.

"What's wrong, ma'am?"

"Your necklace... Do you happen to know someone named Black Sheep?" She said.

"Oh, why yes. We were um... Close friends." I told her. I glanced at her necklace. Wait....

"Is it... Really you?" She asked, her eyes shining. "Y/n....?"

"...I.. But... You're Carmen! How do you know Black Sheep?"

She smiled. "I am Black Sheep."

It's her....

After all these years...

We found each other.
