Chapter twenty five: 2166 part 2

The team had their own tasks
Mick and Kendra was teaming up by setting the bracelet on fire.
Snart was interrogating savage's daughter.
Sara was doing god knows what.
Ray was making alterations to his suit.
Meanwhile ash and jax was helping Stein in his lab.

All of the sudden the ship felt like it was being picked up since a lot of thing went flying and sparks happened.
Phoenix chanted a little spell which created a force field around her coving her in a bubble.

It didn't help much since she was chucked around as the ship crashed.
Is everyone okay she asked jax and Martin as she dusted herself off.
"I'm fine." Jax replies also dusting himself off and stein had gotten up.

"I'm fine. He replied slightly out of breath. I'm old but I'm fine."
Ash and jax let out a sigh of relief until they noticed that stein had a shard of glass sticking to his rib-side so they rushed him to the medbay.

"You have to take care of them." Stein says
"Don't worry about the team, I got their back." Jax replies reassuringly
"No, the people, those children. You can't leave them. You can't..." he trails off

"Gideon?" Ash questions the AI when she became slightly worried and noticed that jax was also worried.
"I've administered a mild sedative. He should feel no pain and should be comfortable." Gideon replies rather emotionless
"Which can't be said the rest of us." Ash replies walking out.

The trio, Ray, Ash and jax all stood in a nearby field making the atom suit transform into big.
"Sounds like it's getting closer, Ray says footsteps thud around them, how it going back there?" He asks as Jax who was sorting out the suit.

"You tell us, this was your nutso idea."
Jax replies as he was putting on adjustments to the suit. Whilst Ash was looking at the shaking trees around them and a lit fireball in her hand.

"It's not nutso when you think about the possibility that siphoning the power from the time drive should reverse the polarity of the dwarf star matrix." Ray says causing Phoenix to roll her eyes.
"Sorry ray but I'm falling asleep back here." Jax replies making a smile to form on Ash's face.

"What if this doesn't work?" Jax asks
"Then I suggest that we should wear the outfit that we want to die in." Ash replies
"Well if my coordinations are correct then I'll grow big and defeat savage's secret weapon but if not then I'll probably turn all my cells inside-out." Ray responded.

The two told him good luck before returning to the ship.

"Ray, Ray can you hear us." Phoenix Asks over the comm.
"I can hear you." He replies
"What do you see?" Jax asks.
"Nothing much, wait, I see the robot thing." Ray says into the comms
"Ok ray remember you got blasters so don't just wrestle and play around with it." Jax says as we get the visual link that shows us the robot that savage created.

A few blasts from the Robot and Ray is knocked down.
"No, Ray
Get up Ray." Ash and jax both exclaimed.
Ray which got no response.

"You told Rip that you don't believe in fate, choices are your own. Well you got a choice right now, get up and fight. You got to choose to live." Ash says comforting him.
Then Ray gets up causing the Two to cheer. He smashes the robot to bits.

The two cheer and Phoenix materialises a button in her hand so she pressed it
"That was easy" came out a male voice before the button disappears.

"Sir?" A single henchman announced gaining Savage's attention then brought Cassandra forward

"I've been so worried. Savage hugs his daughter
How did you?" He questions her.

"I am your daughter. She responds
Did you really think some
rabble could hold me captive?" She replies smugly
