Katsuki was in the hospital as he gave birth squeezing and biting Shoto's hands, cursing him to never touch him again and after the little girl was born the room was filled with happiness. Everyone waited to see the newly born baby girl and when they did coos and pictures were taken.
Shoto full attention was on Katsuki who just smile back at him. The two now had countless of worthy sleepless nights coming.

Shoto and Katsuki were gifted a house from Shoto's parents that was a great size for the two new parents after the finished with school. The two had their graduation pictures up in their house and pictures of their daughter.
Shoto immediately landed a job at his father's company which came in handed since they both agreed for Katsuki to stay at home and watch their daughter and it was never lonely since Rei would come over and help him with the baby and also the wedding planning.
He got the venues set, the tuxedo for both of them, basically everything that needed to be done. He got the best photographer in town so his pictures can look good wherever he places them.
Shoto comes home and take over baby duty so Katsuki can do things for himself like give himself a complete bath and take early naps. He gushed over how cute his daughter looked, he gave her a warm bath, placed her in her onesie and gave her the bottle of breast milk that Katsuki pumped. He swayed her, singing her a soft lullaby before placing a kiss on her forehead and placed her in the crib before heading off to bed. He saw Katsuki sleeping so soundly, he placed a kiss on his lips before heading to the bathroom to clean up himself. After he was done, he changed into a boxer and slide into his bed pulling Katsuki close up him.
Shoto just smiled this is his life now, something he never imagined a cute baby daughter a sexy and loving fiancée and a job where the company will all soon be his. If anyone looked at him and told him this will be your life now, he would simply just laugh I'm their face.
If he had to do this all over except the bet part he would have, he was glad Katsuki forgave him and was now in his arm. Maybe back then if he listen to his heart and just lost the bet to love maybe the feeling on his heart will vanish because he loves Katsuki and Katsuki loves him.
