~aarla's POV~
After exploring the room for a while, I accidentally crawl into a small table, knocking something over. It made a loud noise that hurt my ears. I didn't think much of it until Aaron barged into the room, slamming the door behind him.
"YOU LITTLE PEST! HOW DID YOU ESCAPE!", he yelled angrily, grabbing me and pinning my to the floor. Glancing at the door while he did so. He stayed silent for a while before starting again,
"Aarla, listen to me, I don't want to hurt you. Have this, go back into the closet, I'll promise to bring you food everyday but do not ever try to escape again. Do not tell Asha about this." he whispered, glancing at the door every few seconds. He passed me an opened can of red bull and a small plate of mac and cheese. After handing me the food, he lead me back to the closet and locked the door.
I saw him smile through the gap while he clicked the lock. I gripped onto the red bull, sniffing it. It was scentless, it smelled like nothing. If I remember, the last red bull smelled different. I sipped the red bull... the fizzy yet bitter taste not returning to my mouth. I almost choked, processing what I could have possibly drank.
I finished the red bull that I soon found out was water. I also ate all my mac and cheese and threw the plate into the Useless Dump. I like Aaron. I like Asha too, but not as much as Aaron.
I sat the in silence, blankly staring at the walls of the closet, my mind wandering. My mind was blank before, filled with nothing but wood, metal and sleep... but now my mind was filled with everything but wood, metal and sleep... there was so much out there... so much things I could do, so much things I could feel, so much things I could see...
My mind felt so free... even though I was trapped once again in this closet I called home for years... I want my body to be free to...
aaron is so nice oml, do you think aarla will escape again? who was asha talking to? and what happens if asha finds out about this?... see you in the next chapter!! :)
