EVER SINCE SHE WAS A LITTLE girl, Stella Scott always dreamed of being a doctor.

Medicine was her passion ever since her older brother got sick and had to stay a week on the hospital when she was seven years old. Her eyes sparkled as she watched the doctors quickly moving around and saving lives.

Right on the third day after Elijah Scott was addmitted into the hospital, Stella decided what she wanted to be when she'd grow up.

Sometimes she was sure she was still that little hopeful girl, especially in moments like these when she stopped in front of her new workplace. The wind blown against her hair and she - uncecesseraly- tried to tuck a strand behind her ear as she left hand wrapped tightly around th strap of her bag on her shoulder. The grey clouds - which many assured her were part of the charm of Seattle - painted the sky. She could smell the rain on the pavement. Her light blue shirt was momentaranaily stained by the water droplets from the sky.

She didn't know if she was shivering because of the rain, the wind or anxiety.

She walked quietly throught the halls of Seattle Grace Hospital with curious eyes only stopping by the nurses' station to ask; 'Where can I find Dr. Weber's office?'

Richard Webber was the main topic of many phone calls between Stella and her old attending since she told him her desire to transfer to Seattle. By now, she knew all the tricks to approach him and the possible questions he was going to ask her since she received his email.

Estella had never seen Derek Sheperd so happy since he left their old hospital.

A sigh scapped her parted lips as she read the nameplate, "Okay, Stella," she whispered to herself and ignored the doctors looking at her strangely, "You can do this."

She adjusted her posture and quicly knocked three times on the closed door. The muffled voice shouting 'Come in!' reached her ears before her hand touched the doorknobe. She twisted the cold metal and opened a quarter of the door.

"Dr. Webber?" The girl called quietly and her eyes followed his head lifting from the paper he was writing. She took the raise on his eyebrows a good sign, "I'm-"

"Dr. Scott!" He smiled warmly at her and got up from his chair, "Derek's intern from Ney York Hospital. Wellcome to Seattle Grace Hospital. Today is your first day, right?"
