Gojo satoru was a teacher at jujutsu high. He took in a kid long ago and is now raising him and all his other students.
The kids father was a deadbeat who didn't care for him. Gojo stepped up and decided he would.
Gojo didn't tell megumi but he would visit his dad sometimes... his dad liked to know what was going on with megumi but he didn't want to see him. He knew it would upset him so he just kept his distance and instead learned things from Gojo.

Time skip

Gojo arrives where megumi's dad wanted to meet. He texts him "Im here"

They arrive at the hotel and they enter the hotel room.

They both sit down at the table,
"So, how's megumi doing? Is he any stronger?"
"He's being processed for a grade 2 ranking. He's been working on his domain too. He's very talented it's shocking he is your kid."
"I've always known that he was talented. The reason he is so, is because of me and only me."
They keep talking for a while. Gojo mentions the girls he has slept with lately and toji starts to go on about his too. They had this weird friendship where they knew a lot about each other but also nothing. They didn't like to be around each other, but they could talk for hours about nothing.
