Orochimaru/kabuto x reader part 2

You spend the day training with kabuto. He doesn't give you any breaks. He pushes you harder than Orochimaru did.

When you finish you are panting on the ground trying to pick yourself back up.
He reaches his hand out and you take it. He lifts you up and takes you inside to your room.
"You did good today, but you need to work harder."
You nod your head and take a big gulp of water trying to stop panting so much. You lay down.
"Y/n?"
You lift your head up and look at him
"I have to go wash up. Would you want to come with me? Since we're both dirty."
You just shake your head and stand up. He walks over to you and holds your hand. You walk to the bathroom together and he starts to fill up the tub. He takes his clothes off and gets in. He turns away and you take yours off. You sit in the tub with him. Facing away from him so he won't see you. He lays back and he pulls you back with him too. Your head is on his chest. You're covering your breasts with your arms.
You can feel that he's hard but you try to ignore it. He starts to move your hair out of your face and caresses your face. He sits you up and starts to wet your hair.

He finishes and you sit there still facing away from him.
"Y/n. Will you help me?" Kabuto asks
"With what?"

You turn around and you see he has a deep wound on his back. You clean it slowly trying not to hurt him. He flinches
"Sorry..."

"Thank you, y/n." He turns around to face you.

His face turns red "I-I'm sorry I forgot..."
"It is okay." You say.
He stands up to get a towel. You see him completely naked. He has an erection that meets face to face with you. He hands you your towel.

He wraps the towel around his waist. You can still see his erection through it.

He notices you staring at it "sorry...I can't help it" he chuckle nervously.

You walk out and go to your room. You get dressed and start brushing your damp hair. Orochimaru walks in. "Hello my little one. How was training today?"
"Fine" you reply.
"That's good to hear. I know you just got clean, but... I want you."
You look to him, "please...not right now." You walk up to him and fall to your knees in front of him. Pulling on his clothes. "Please... I can't do it." You wrap your arms around him. He's much taller than you so your arms are around his waist.
You feel so weak and vulnerable but you don't know what else to do.
He makes you face him.
"...Maybe later then." He leans down and kisses you.
He picks you up and takes you to his room. It's much nicer than yours.
"Come lay with me." He says.
You hop onto his bed and lay next to him. He pulls you closer and has you lay on top of him. He rubs your back, but keeps moving his hands lower. Trailing his cold hands up and down your body.
You start to fall asleep on him.

You wake up and he fell asleep too. His shirt is off though revealing his toned body. You're both under his blanket and his arm is wrapped around you. You sit up and he wakes up from your movement.

You wake up in kabuto's arms. It's late and you don't know what's going on. You're in a place you don't find familiar. You're outside.

"We're going on a walk." Kabuto replies
"Put me down please."
He puts you down and you look around to see where you are.
"Why are we walking?" You ask

He starts walking again and you follow behind him. You don't know where you are and running off would most likely get you killed. You hold onto the back of his shirt.
He notices you're scared.
"Do you not like walking like this?"

"You don't like the dark?"
You shake your head no.
He chuckles, "that's okay. I'll protect you"
You feel a little bit better. You know that he is strong, not as strong as Orochimaru but he could still protect you.
You loosen your grip on his shirt but still keep your hand on it.
"When will go back?" You ask
"Whenever you please"
"Can we...go right now?"
He stops for a moment. "Sure, but I have something I need to do first."
He turns around, grabs your face, and kisses you. You didn't even have any time to think about it. It was so fast and before you knew it his tongue was in your mouth.
You push him away, "Orochimaru will be mad at you. Please stop"
"He won't find out." He whispers
"Please..." you plead
"Fine" he rubs your face and pulls away.
"Let's go back" he says, picking you up and carrying you upon his back.
"I can walk you know." You say
"I like to carry you." He replies

You're back in your room and he lays you on your bed. He hands you your dinner and sits there with you as you eat.
"I'm proud of you." Kabuto says
You look at him and smile a little bit. (Obviously it was a fake smile)
His face turns red.
"I'll come back later for your plate..."
You nod your head as you're eating.
He smiles at you as he walks out.
The way him and Orochimaru treat you confuses you so much. One second they're so sweet and then the next they're trying to take advantage of you. You don't even know how you should feel about them, and the things they say...do they really think of you as a human or just a toy?
