Chapter 4 : Saving Claire Kegeno

At night time
Izuku's pov

I walk in my base after school at ask my besties.
Me : Hey Mark ? Did you find where they are ?

He black bird like a crow came to me and talk to me.

Mark : We find the mansion of the Kageno but if you want you can go now there and trace the magic of the diabolos member.

Me : mh... I see thank you for your report. Now time to go to their mansion in my costume.

I use the white slime suit to change and start to head towards the kageno's. I did get pretty popular but i don't care about that, i just want to save people and i need to stop the cult. I start to run there and knock on the door. A maid open to me, look up to me and was shocked.

Maid : Y-you are Angel! What can i do for you ?

Me : Can you show me the way to the father and mother of Claire Kageno ? I want to talk to them.

Maid : Alright follow me.

She walks infront of me and goes where the couple is. While i walk i sense incredible magic energy. A guy with black eyes and hair walk past me. It's from him!

Me : (the guy probably don't want to be in the first place, is he a part of shadow garden ? Meh, i don't care for now, i need to help the Kageno's).

We stop and she knocks on the door. We heard a come in from inside.
She opens the door and walk in.

Maid : Miss and Mister Kageno, Angel is there.

??? : He is !? What does he wants ?

Maid : To talk with the two of you.

???(2) : He can come in then.

I walk in the room and bow to them.

Me : Good morning miss et mister Kageno. My name is Angel even of it's not my real name, i won't tell you. I'm here about the kidnapping of Claire Kageno. Just to tell you, a cult is behind this, i plan to fight them and rescue her because i know where she is. With me she will be fine. I will be back at night.

Ms.Kageno : Thank you dear, how can we pay you ?

Me : I don't want anything. I want her to be safe. I will keep an eye on her because she is one of the target of the cult. I won't tell you more for your safety. I will go now. Goodbye.

I left and start to run to the camp of the cult of diabolos where Claire is.
I feel i'm being follow so i lose them in the forest and use my shadow magic to do it.

3rd pov

Izuku got to the hide out of the cult and starts to go by the second entrance. He kills some of the guards and starts to go deep into the base. He tries to locate Claire with his mana but cannot, he is blocked by anti mana bracelets.
He therefore searches for another source of magic and locates it above him.
He charges 5% ofa to go upstairs faster. as he approaches he hears sounds of fighting so he runs even faster.
Finally when he arrives, he sees a cell where Claire was. He breaks the chain and start to heal her. The wounds close and he starts to gave her a back ride.
He still goes towards the sounds of fighting.
When he got there he was shocked to see shadow garden against the Viscount Grease.
He makes Claire sit against a wall, starting to approach the fight between the two. I flare my aura and they start to feel it because they stop their fight.
With the calm, they heard foot steps, feel the strong aura and be a little scared.
They see a figure walking where they were and when they see him, the reaction of the Viscount was hilarious while the seven shades where curious.

(Izuku) Angel : Viscount Grease part of the cult of diabolos, lost his daughter because of them. You were force to work for the cult because they got your daughter, am i right ?

Viscount Grease : You are right Angel, i don't know if she is still alive.

Angel : Then let me tell you something.
A week ago, i raid by myself, one of the few base of the Cult and i found out they were experimenting on someone making her a monster.
I kill all of the diabolos members. When i turn to the monster, i could feel pain.
I use my sword and kill the monster, making her human again but i was to late to save her completly. She told me her father was forced to work for the cult and she gave me a pendant.
I'm sure she was sent to heaven. Her i would oike to give the pendant to you after all she was your daughter.

He gaves him the pendant to him and he open it.
He sees a tear fall from his eyes.

Viscount Grease : It's the pendant of her, i give it to her, i would like to ask you something Angel ?

Angel nods.

Viscount Grease : Why do you fight ? Why after the cult ?

Angel : I see, then i fight for the people who are to weak to do something, i want to make a better society.
For the cult, i want to stop them to resuct the diabolos, stops them to creat the possessed, even if it means to be killed or risk my life to save someone even a stanger.

Viscount Grease : I see, then i will tell you what i know. We kidnapp people who we tought they are related to one of the three heroes and have their blood. Claire Kageno was one of them.
Can you kill me because with that i can be with her again.

Angel : I see, it was some precious information, i want to thank you for it. For your wish, it will be done now. Are you ready ?

Viscount Grease : Yes!

Angel slashs his chest where his heart is, killing him instantly.

Angel : Shadow Garden, i guess ?

Shadow garden : You are right. So will you fight us Angel ?

Angel : No because we have the same objective, stop the cult and kill them all.

Shadow garden : You are right.

Angel : Use the information the viscount gave, while for Claire Kageno, she is safe and healed. I wilk walk her back to the Kageno's. I will probably see you again if i found some possessed and they will join you when healed. I hope we can be allies, even i know that the cult is in the world. So see you again.

??? : Wait!

Angel : What do you want ?

??? : Name Alpha, the second in commande of Shadow garden. Do you have some information about the cult that we don't have ?

Angel : I don't think so sorry.

Our hero walk away, carried bride style Claire to the Kageno's. When they open the door to see him with her, they were happy she was fine. Ms.Kageno even let him sleeps here so Claire can thank him.
He accepts because he couldn't do otherwise.
The morning Claire thanks him and he left for the academy.
