You stand in an aisle at the supermarket staring into space when you feel someone place their hand on the middle of you back. "Honey are you ok ? Sebastian places the item he has into the trolley then looks at what your watching which is a woman cooing at her baby in a trolley . He look back at you "We umm need cereal" He place his on hand on your shoulder " I just put in the trolley sweetie " you look down at the trolley "oh I umm" . Seb put his arm around your shoulders rubs its then kisses the top of your head " Come on let finishes up and get home" you just nod and Seb take control of the trolley as walk beside him .

After you have payed for your shopping Seb holds you in his arm as you start crying "I'm sorry I'm so sorry" he rubs your back "It ok you have nothing to be sorry for it just on of those things" He learn you back a little off his chest and wipes your tears with his thumb " why dont you go and wait in the car while I put the trolley back" . You walk around the car to the passenger side open the door and get in and you just sit there and stare in to space until Sebastian climb in next to you.

" Have we got a pain killers ? Sebastian put his seat belt on and start the car and rest his hands on the steaing wheel "umm yeah there in the bathroom cupboard are you in a pain?" You clip your seatbelt in and sit back in the chair " Yeah just a little bit I help put the shopping away then"

"No honey you take your pain killers and rest you done enough for today" Seb begins to pull of of the parking spot and drives off " Yeah but I got to get back to normal" .

Seb change gear then place his hand on your thigh "You only come out of hospital yesterday nobody is expecting you to bounce back just yet" As Seb pulls up to the traffic lights he look at you and notices your biting you nails on your left hand "don't do that honey" Push your hand away from your mouth and gently grabs your chin and turn your head to face him "A miscarried is an awful thing to have to anyone mental and physical so you need to let you body rest and recover"

Later that evening Sebastian is leaning on the kitchen counter while on the phone to his mum "She keeps breaking down in tears and I don't what to do mum " he start to tear up as you stand in the kitchen doorway listing to him on the phone" I know I have to be there for her but I cant see her go thought this pain everyday her body is .........you know and there nothing I cant do" he break down in tears. You rush over and take the phone from his hand "Hi I'll get Seb to call you back yeah I'm getting there thanks" you end the call then rap your arm around Seb as he cries on your shoulder "i'm sorry it should be me comforting you not the other way around" you move his head of your shoulder so your face to face "we can comfort each other yeah? Seb wipe with eyes with his sleeves of his hoodie " do you know what I could really do with right now?". Seb move some hair out of your face "What ? " A big fat Cheesy pizza " Seb smile and laugh a little "don wont be to pleased about that" You shug you shoulders"i don't care its what I want and need so" Seb pick up his phone "One Cheesy pizza coming up" he open an app on his phone and start to order the pizza "Seb we are going to be alright? Sebastian take deep breath in then kiss your forehead "yeah everthing thing is going to be just fine .
