3rd person POV

Y/N and her best friend Navia entered their favorite establishment, the Café Drame.

Every Friday and Saturday evening Lady Furina, the owner of Café Drame, holds special events. She would invite performers of all sorts from across Tevyat. Ranging from big stars such as the idol Barbara to unknown individuals who show promising talents, giving therefor anyone a chance to shine. When the café first opened, Lady Furina's extreme enthusiasm for entertainment has spread like a wildfire. Café Drame never lacks talent to showcase.

This is why Navia and Y/N liked to visit as many shows as they could. It was the perfect place to wind down after work. Although Navia consistently deals with people at her job as detective she never grows tired enough to miss a show. The only thing coming between her and the event are important cases.

For Y/N it was easier to attend every event as her job had set open hours. Unlike Navia she did grow tired of people, so she preferred to not converse with strangers usually. She just liked to watch and be amazed - and fawn over all the attractive and talented people. Playing fake scenarios in her head about what it could be like to be them or be with them.

The blonde pulled her friend to a empty corner table, it was somewhat closed off from other tables by a thin wooden pillar. The location still providing a great view to the stage. The café has been designed to offer a good view of any spot in the building, may it be the ground floor or the elevated balcony segment hovering over their heads. The stage was of course also elevated, allowing viewers in the back of the room to witness the ongoing events.

The café has had two refurbishments since opening, with the last one connecting the café with the building next to it so that they could provide more seating for the guests.

Along the wall to the side of the stage was a bar, lines of fine liquor adoring the dark wooden shelves. Behind the bar counters are suited men, ready to mix any drink someone could wish for. As long as it was within reason of course, every guest was on a drink limit. Café Drame did not condone excessive drinking.

Performing at Café Drame was a much sought after achievement for performers, especially if they were newcomers.

Today was such a day.

"Heellooo my dear drama enjoyers~ I, Folcalores, hereby welcome you to todays show." the proud owner sing-sang on stage. "Today we have a new sibling duo show us some of their magnificent magic tricks. Let us welcome them with warm glances as they have never presented in front of such a big audience as we have here." she steps to the side and reaches her arm to the draped curtains.
