noel stood up to face this arrogant snob, eyebrows furrowed. he reaches his arm out and harshly taps the boy on the shoulder. well, at least he thought it was a boy. they were wearing a boy's uniform, so...

"hey!" noel called out, in a angry tone. this person whipped around to face noel. it was a boy, wearing a backwards hat. he had beautiful green eyes..and a face the gods must've blessed with their very own hands. noel's eyes went wide, his cheeks going a bright red. this boy blankly stared at noel, eventually raising an eyebrow as to why he was silent.

"i.. um.. i-i-" noel stumbled on his words, captured in the beauty of the boy ahead of him. this boy just got more confused, scoffed, and walked away. noel just stood there, both amazed, confused, and flushed. lord, that guy was really something. yeah, he was an asshole, but he was pretty. that's all that mattered to noel. he didn't care if he was loved, he only cared if there was a guy dating him. especially a pretty one.

"sorry to um..uh..uh bother you..sir." noel muttered out. the boy hadn't heard, given he had earbuds in, connected to his ipod. as noel was about to start blabbering again, the choir instructor, father marcus entered the room.

"in your seats." father marcus said sternly. lingering students rushed to their desks, as noel quietly sat in his own, taking his music out and staring at the chalkboard, reading the content written on there. just stuff about that stupid fall fair. the school always had the choir sing at uranium city's fall fair. it was pretty much inevitable. noel just sighed it off and went to sketching on his music. he always sketched. whenever he was bored. this time, he was feeling like sketching that boy. so he did. just as noel finished his sketch, he hesitated. he always gave what he drew a title. but this time he couldn't, because he didn't know the name of this mysterious boy. he hadn't the slightest clue. just then, as if the god were listening to noel's thoughts, father marcus began attendance. noel waited very patiently..until..

     "mischa bachinski?"

it happened. noel looked at the boy, praying he'd mutter a 'here' or even just raise his hand. but, he didn't. ricky tapped the boy, and he raised a hand. that was it. his name was mischa bachinski. the hottest boy in town. to noel, at least. even better, he was ukrainian. noel wanted to tour europe, and this boy right here was his ticket. they would be a perfect couple. traveling through europe and seeing the world. noel was already conjuring ideas. this was cute, but not a good thing. noel started writing in his journal. oh dear, he was already writing down every single thought that came to mind about it. and that wasn't a good thing. it was set in stone in noel's eyes. this stuff was going to happen. he guaranteed it. but in reality, it wasn't. mischa wasn't even gay..

i think.
