Jessica's POV

After school, I quickly drove to daycare and picked Isabella up early.

Practice was going to start later today.

As I was driving back to school, I started to get nervous. What if he doesn't want her!? What if he hates me for not telling him!? Calm down Jessica you can do it.

I parked in the back parking lot next to Tony's car. He was inside listening to some music. Basketball practice was also having a late start. He turned his head and smiled at me. I smiled back him and he got out of his car, walking over to mine.

"So I'm guessing you're telling Brandon today?" He said as he slid in to the passenger side.

I nodded, unable to speak.

"Well, talk to him for a few minutes. I'll stay here with Isabella until you're ready."

"Thanks Tony." I said as I saw Brandon coming our way. I quickly got out of the car and sat on the bench in front of my car. Brandon caught up to me and sat next to me.

"Brandon..." I started, "we have to talk...." I said looking down at the floor.

"What is it Jessica?" He asked concerned.

"There's something that I've been hiding from you."

"Tell me Jessica." He said while placing two fingers on my chin, making me look at him.

"I-I have someone I want you to meet." I told him. Confusion crossed his face.

I got up from the bench and walked over to my car. I took a deep breath and opened Isabella's door. I unbuckled her from her car seat and picked her up.

"Good luck Jessica." Said Tony, from the passenger seat.

"Thanks. I'll need it." I muttered. I shut the door and walked over to Brandon.

I sat down and placed Isabella on my lap. "Brandon, meet Isabella." I said.

He still had a confused look on his face.

"Your... daughter." I said softly.

His eyes widened.

"What?"

"Isabella is your daughter." I told him.

His jaw dropped. I knew it! He doesn't want her. My eyes started to tear up. Brandon must of noticed this because he snapped out of it.

"No. No. Don't cry Jessica! I'm just shocked.." He said.

It made me feel a little bit better.

"Why did you never tell me?" He asked softly.

"I was scared. I was going to tell you on our 6 month anniversary, but you said you were leaving." I told him softly.

He shook his head, "you should have told me Jessica. I would have stayed.."

I looked into his eyes and saw truth.

"I don't know. I was just scared when I found out. And I can't contact you when you're on your mission. "

"You should have talked to our boss. He would have understood. Oh, also. Boss wants to talk to you. He has a mission for you. That's another reason why I'm here too." He said smiling.

I nodded, 'alright I'll go over to the office later."

He looked at Isabella, "can I hold her?" He asked in a soft voice.

I nodded and handed him Isabella. He grabbed her gently, as if he was going to break her. He started to cradle her and began to shake. I didn't realize until he looked up; he was crying. My heart melted as I looked at the both of them. They both a light brown curly hair. Isabella got my brown eyes and my little nose.

"I promise you this Jessica. I WILL be a father to Isabella. I missed so much already and I am not gonna miss any more." He said with a determined look on his face.

I smiled at him, "like I said, I'm sorry I kept her away for you. But I know you'll make a great father to her."

He stood up, with Isabella still in his hands, and extended his hand to me, "come on. Lets get you to soccer practice and me and Isabella will watch you. Like a Family."

My eyes watered. He just called us a family.

I grabbed his hand and he pulled me up.

They walked over to the locker room, then walked over to the bleachers while I got changed. I changed quickly and headed over to sit with them.

"You change fast." Commented Brandon.

I chuckled, "the perks of being an agent and a mom"

This time he chuckled. We talked for a couple for minutes, until coach came out and told us to do a warmup lap. Some guys groaned, but I just sucked it up and did my lap.

"Okay! So you all know that our homecoming game is this Friday." Started coach. Some guys cheered and I rolled my eyes, "so, we need to push ourselves for the next couple of days. It will be alot, but I know you guys can do it! Now, I'll have our captain start us off."

I nodded, "alright. I feel like we're having trouble on passing the ball to each other and not having it stolen. So we're going to be working on that. After that we're going to do some sprints around the track. You guys are too slow and we need to build endurance and speed! So grab a jersey and we'll play a quick game and I'll see what else we need help on. Break!"

They all headed over to the jerseys and placed one on. I grabbed a ball and put it in the center of the field, then two guys came over. We flipped a coin and I landed on heads, which meant that Jared's team was going to start.

Jared started with the ball and he headed towards the goal. Mistake number one: NEVER automatically head to the goal. You're opponents will always try to double team you. He passed it to one of the guys, which was interfered. Mistake number two: never let your guard down. They kept their game going, the ball going back and forth. I finally had enough and I stopped their game and called them over.

"Okay guys. I know what you're doing wrong. You guys have to stop letting your guard down. Of course we have our teammates to have our backs, but don't always depend on them." I turned to Jared, "stop going to the goal automatically. You have to tire their team out a little more. Just pass the ball to your teammates and tire them out. Got it?" I asked him.

He nodded.

"Alright. Now, I'm going to play on Jared's team today. Play your hardest out their. It isn't easy, but if we want to win our homecoming game, we have to push ourselves! Now break!"

They all scurried off and I grabbed a jersey and ran to the field. Coach blew the whistle and we were off...
