Chapter 5- I've Missed You

Jessica's POV

"Jessica. Wake up lazy ass!" Yelled Tony from outside my room, which of course, woke up Isabella. I groaned.

I got up and walked over to her crib. I gave her a pacifier, which thankfully calmed her down. I headed over to my closer and grabbed some sweats and a tank top with some sneakers.

I was still in a gloomy mood after yesterday. I put then on slowly and I grabbed a hair tie and grabbed my hair into a messy ponytail. I applied some mascara and eyeliner. I brushed my teeth, grabbed my bag, and picked up Isabella from her crib.

I changed her quickly and headed downstairs.

"Hey sweetie!" My mother cheerfully said.

I nodded, "hey mom."

"What's wrong ?" She asked concerned.

I hesitated, "nothing mom. I'm just tried." I lied.

She believed me and nodded.

"Well I'm headed to school. See you later mom." I told her, while grabbing an apple and my car keys.

"See ya later."

I walked out to the driveway and hopped in my car. I quickly got Isabella into we car seat and I drove off, not waiting for Tony. I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone right now.

I drove at daycare and gave them her baby bag.

I got to school and I robotically got out of my car and headed to my locker.

"Hey Jessica!!" Yelled Mario.

"Hey."

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing."

He shrugged and walked away. Oh well. Not my fault I'm acting like this. I grabbed my stuff and headed to first period. I wasn't watching where I was looking and I bumped into someone, dropping my stuff.

"Sorry." I said to the person, not looking up.

"What? Ain't gonna say you missed me." Said a familiar voice.

That voice... No way! I looked up as shrieked.

"What are you doing here!!" I yelled at him while jumping him into a hug and wrapping my legs around his waist.

He chuckled and he put his face in the crook of my neck. God have I missed him!

"I'm here to see you ma." He said, his hispanic accent coming out.

"I'm so glad you're here. I've missed you like crazy!!' I said as I started to cry.

"Shh. Don't cry."

"I'm sorry Brandon.. It's just been awhile since I've seen you." I told him.

"I know Jessica. But I'm here to stay! I'm moving in with you guys!"

"Really?! Oh my god! This is so exciting!!" I yelled at him.

"Yea I know ma. I got released early. I couldn't stay away from you any longer. So I talked to the boss and he dismissed me."

Brandon had gone on a mission and I hadn't seem him in a year and a half.

"I see you still have the ring. Can I see i?" He asked.

I nodded and took the ring off my necklace that I wore everyday.

He grabbed it and examined it.

"I remember when I gave this to you. We were on our 6th month anniversary....."

~flashback~

"You look beautiful babe. " said Brandon, before pecking my lips.
