in which daniel gets a call he wish he would've never gotten

daniel was laying down in his bed scrolling through TikTok. He was wearing ramons red hoodie, that was probably his favorite one since it smelled like him so much and he loved the smell of his boyfriend.
Daniel was currently home alone, since Ramon went to the stu with nesty. He didn't like being home alone cause like yea. He decided to call his best friend glen so he wasn't so bored.
The phone rang once before he answered. "yo what's the word mh?" glen said turning on his camera, which you could barely see his face cause of his horrible rpt WiFi.
"yo, im so bored wyd?" he asked him
"nun wbu?" He replied back.
"nothing either, but I'm bored as hell ." dthang told him
Daniel saw the contact names 'nesty .🤞🏾' was calling him
"hol' up nesty callin me I'll call u back"
"igh mh"
Dthang answered the phone and all he heard was heavily breathing so he got a bit worried
"nesty? you ight ?" He asked the boy, and what he responded with broke his heart he stopped thinking for a second and he didn't know what to feel.
"I think rah got shot ." He said breathing loudly, Daniel could tell he was about to cry from the way he spoke
"you playing with me? Is this some kinda joke or prank you guys are doing?" He said on the verge of crying
"no, i heard gunshots and right after I called his mom, and now I'm calling you, I wouldn't joke like dis ." nesty said tears running down his eyes
Daniel immediately started sobbing he was really
hoping that this was a prank or that this was a fucking dream because he couldn't believe this. He didn't know what to say, do, or think.
Daniel hanged up the phone and tried to call him, he still thought this was a prank. He called him over and over again and each time he didn't answer. Dthang started crying even more, and he continued to call him. He called him atleast over 150 times.
Daniel then closed his phone and put it on the desk right beside the bed. Even though he knew this was gonna happen one day he didn't expect it to be right now. Dthang screamed in his pillow still sobbing.
he didn't know what he was gonna do without his lover.
