Days passed by so fast and today we organized a small party with family members. This party was mainly organized by Yibo and Ziyi, and all of us were spectators. Ziyi is now Yibo's best friend.

It was our baby's gender reveal party. Both kept that secret from me until this last moment. I was sure ours would be a boy, but Yibo wanted a girl. But after going for checkup last time he didn't come to fight with me saying he wanted a girl, that's when I got suspicious. After the gender reveal party today I realized I was right.

I took my father to his room because he was too drunk today. He says he got drunk because he was happy that his grandson was about to arrive.

Everyone is happy. I never expected to have a life like this. I made the right decision that day by bringing my kitten into my life. He is a kind and caring person who is the most precious asset I have received in my life.

After Uncle Qiren, Ziyi and her brother Yubin went back from the party, my father was drinking with my Uncle Fengmien.

He and Aunt Yu had come home from abroad to meet Yibo and confirm the final date for Cheng's wedding. They also informed that they want to settle here permanently.

After leaving my father's room, I went straight to our room.

The first thing I saw when I entered the room was Yibo singing a lullaby for A-Ling. A-Ling is now always with Yibo and he is happy to know that a little friend is coming to play with him.

When I came back to the room Yibo was talking to someone on the phone.

"Who was that?" I asked sitting on the bed and took his leg in my lap. Yibo is now 9 months old and his legs sometimes get swollen. Today I felt like his leg was more swollen than usual, probably because he had to stand for a bit longer for the party. So I massaged his legs.

"It was Mei, she called to know about today's gender party."
