When I first wrote this book, I was in the teenage and adventurous phase of my life. Now, I am well into adulthood, a graduate, and I still find myself wanting to write about strong and empathetic females. You may laugh seeing the words-- strong and empathetic --side by side; I kid you not, only when you've read through this story would you know that strong people are ones who feel the right emotions at the right time. For the main character in this book, her emotional journey was tumultuous, but in the end, she managed to grow in a manner in which life stopped surprising her, and then she finally held life by its horns.
This work has gone through some major edits, and in the new edition (2026), some old readers may find that new characters have been added and some mysteries have been hinted at more forwardly. I do wish you all the best experiences as you swipe through chapters.
