After a week...

"Hi Ms. Carmie! I still didn't get any news? But have you published it?" Ariza said.

"Oh- Tapos na." Carmie said

Ariza smiled but not the normal smile. The psychotic smile she has.

"Carmie. Wag ka mag sinungaling. Alam ko kung pinublish mo or hindi. So did you publish it or not?" Ariza said staring at Carmie.

"Tapos na nga!." Carmie said

Ariza's smile was gone and locked the door, closed the curtains, and locked the windows.

"Ariza! What are you doing!" Carmie said

Ariza pushed her to the wall holding scissors to her neck.

"You didn't publish it. Wala akong nakuha na balita." Ariza said coldly
"A-ariza! I-Ill publish it now! Para makita mo!" Carmie said.

"Too late. Binigyan kita ng isang week tapos ngayon ka pa mag publish? Ha! You should have published it yesterday." Ariza said as she slit Carmies throat.

Ariza started crying but. Tears of happiness. She was crying and laughing like a psycho!..

"I'm finally free. I'm finally- " Ariza stopped. She heard a recording of their conversation with Carmie before she died.

Ariza thought that they were the only 2 alone?.

"Ariza." An unknown person said.

"Sino ka! Lumabas ka!" Ariza yelled.

"Malamang. Your dearest Carmie." An unknown person said

"Patay na si Carmie. At ikaw ang sunod mamatay!-" Ariza stopped as she heard the sirens of the police.

"You can't kill me again Ariza. You killed my twin sister. Nagsacrifice siya para saakin. At makukulong kana!" Carmie said

Carmie realised that Ariza was nowhere to be seen

"Wait lang. Nandun lang siya kanina ah..." Carmie said

"Carmie~ CARMIE!" Ariza showed up behind Carmie and started stabbing her brutally and killing her.

Ariza put Carmie's fingerprints on every weapon she used and smeared blood all over herself.

"You can't kill me Carmie." Ariza said quietly.

The police barged in the room and saw 3 dead bodies. Carmies twin sister which is Carlie, Carmie, and Ariza. But is Ariza really dead?

As they were checking if one of them were alive.

"Sir! This girl is alive she's still breathing!" One of the policemen said

They got the weapon and checked the fingerprints and saw Carmie's.

30 minutes later..
At the hospital...

"Huh? Saan ba ako?!" Ariza yelled

"Ma'am! Relax! You were in a scene that almost got you killed! It's a miracle that your alive!" The doctor said.

"S-si Carmie.." Ariza said as she started crying

"Hello ma'am I'm apart of the police department and we are here to collect some information about the incident." One of the policemen said

Ariza nodded.

"Do you remember who tried to kill you?" One of the policemen said

"Y-yeah. Carmie was my boss. I was telling her about a book I wanted her to publish but then tumawa siya at umiyak... She grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed her own twin sister and tried to stab me. But luckily I self defensed and sinaksak ko siya. Nahimatay ako because there was so much blood on me..." Ariza said.

"Thank you for that information Ariza. That was really useful information." One of the policeman said.

The policemen walked out of the hospital room and left. When the hospital was closed. Ariza's doctor was about to leave but then as He was walking out the door.

"Ang fun pala pag pumapatay ka noh?" Ariza said

"Ano?." The doctor said.

Ariza jumped on her doctor and started stabbing him with a needle as the blood was going on her face.

"What kind of life is this? Why does everyone want to ruin my life?." Ariza said.

FLASHBACK 30 MINUTES AGO

"Ariza alam mo ba na ang Ganda mo?" The doctor said.

"Huh?" Ariza said

"Ang ganda mo. Ilang taon kana ba?" The doctor asked

"Uhm. 24?" Ariza replied.

"Come here. I'm gonna check something." The doctor said.

Ariza went to the doctor and the doctor pushed her to the bed.

"What are you doing! Get off me!" Ariza pushed the doctor off.

"Hayst. Tigas mo naman pala ng ulo. Wag nalang nga!" The doctor said.

(PRESENT TIME)

Ariza started laughing out loud like a psycho..
