Riki then stopped by the takoyaki stall not far from his house.

"let's go eat first"

"are we going to eat takoyaki?"

Maiko asked.

"does the stall looks like a sushi stall to you ?"

Riki hissed.

Both of them sat down on the small chairs that provided.

The silent is too loud to the point they could only hear the sound of wind .

"so uhm.."

"what just happened?"

Maiko suddenly talked.

"nothing is serious, it's just a normal daily conversation with my dad"

"don't worry"

Riki said.

"are you sure?"

"but why did you looked so pissed off before?"

"did i?"

"I don't remember i did that"

"4 sets of takoyaki is coming!! "

The takoyaki seller come and put the takoyaki sets on the their table.

"enjoy your meals"

"4 sets of takoyaki??!!"

Maiko gasped.

"don't act like they're too much for a person who love takoyaki more than themselves "

"I'll take one and you can take the other three"

"I acknowledge that one is not enough for you"

Riki stated.

"thank you .... i guess"

" so where are we supposed to practice after this"

"is it okay for you to go back to your house?"

"oh"

"maybe we can practice at mine"

Maiko suggested.

"I don't think your parents will agree with that.."

Riki shortly replied.

"don't think much about that they're out of town for my dad's business trip "

"if you say so-"

"are sure this is your 'house' not your 'castle' "

Riki eyes widened while questioned.

"if this is my castle I would be a princess then"

She said as her mouth curved into a smile.

"come in"

"let's go straight to practising since we already had our lunch"

Maiko added and signalling Riki to her practice room.

After hours of practising the decided to ended it for today.

"do you want some water?"

"yes , a glass of cold water please Ms Meeko"

Riki said as he sat down.

"here's you water "

"oops"

"I'm so sorry "

"no no , it's all good"

"let me go get another one real quick"

Maiko accidentally drop the glass of water on Riki.

She rushes downstairs to get a new one

Riki immediately got up and took off his hoodie  trying to squeeze the water out of it .

"here's the water again"

"I really really sorry"

"I... didn't meant to drop it i swear"

Maiko stammered.

"it's fine"

"I've told you it's okay"

"i still have my jacket to cover up"

Riki tapped Maiko shoulder assuring that it is not a big deal.

They sat down and admiring the sunset from the practice room windows.

Maiko noticed that Riki looks uncomfortable and  keep hiding his right hand from her sight.

"i might be a little bit careless if you hoping for me for not noticing what's on your hand but i too bad i noticed it already"

"i don't know what did you has been through but you know if you need someone to talk or share a story to you can just find me okay? "

"stop hurting yourself for the person who doesn't even care about your feelings "

Maiko uttered as she put her hand on Riki's.

"i think we should practice more, since the competition is in two days"

Riki quickly snacthed Maiko's words

"woah you still keep that figure?"

Riki said pointing to the ballerina figure in the snow globe on the cabinet.

"huh.."

Maiko responded.

"oh i mean it's looks so pretty"

"and it suits you so much"

Riki added as he fix his position ready for the dance move.
