"I don't know how this is still a conversation, (Y/N)! You hate your job, and you're here all the time anyway. Just come work for us. We could use a new waitress anyway."
"Oh get fucked, Mac." Dee yells from the other end of the bar.
(Y/N) takes a sip of her beer.
"I told you, Mac. As much as I hate my job and my pervert boss, it makes good money." (Y/N) replies.
"Ya know, if you let go of needing to make money and live more like us, you'd be a lot happier." Mac presses.
"I know, but I'd kinda like to be able to afford my apartment. If I make any less than I do now I won't be able to afford it."
"Live with me!" Dee offers, coming to stand beside Mac.
"Are you sure? I mean, it would be nice to have a roommate and not be alone all the time. Especially since I don't have a boyfriend. But I wouldn't want to burden you, Dee."
Dee smiles brightly.
"Not at all! I would love for you to live with me! As long as you're okay with sleeping on an air mattress."
"I don't mind one bit! Wow! Thank you so much, Dee!"
"One condition though." Dee adds. (Y/N) waits for her to continue. "You have to work here."
"Well then, I guess I work here now." (Y/N) grins, matching the grins of her two friends. (Y/N) stands from her stool and heads towards the door.
"I'm off to go quit my job!" She calls as she sprints out the door.
"Okay! Gang meeting!" Mac yells through the bar, catching the attention of the other three men. They all gather around Mac, waiting for him to continue.
"(Y/N) is going to be our new waitress! And she's moving in with Dee!" Mac announces.
"She's going to work here? Awesome!" Charlie says. Frank nods.
"That's cool with me." He responds with a shrug.
Dennis remains silent, looking slightly distracted.
"Is that cool with you, Dennis?" Mac asks, snapping Dennis' mind back to reality.
"Huh? Oh yeah. That's fine." He replies absently. Mac looks at Dee.
"Well, I've got some rats that need bashing." Charlie says, heading off towards the basement.
"Eh, I've got paperwork to do." Frank also heads off.
As Dennis turns to leave, Mac stops him.
"Hey, Dennis. Are you okay, man?" Mac asks. Dennis pauses, then speaks.
"Ya know what, Mac? No! I'm not! And do you know why? Because I can't get (Y/N) out of my head! Whenever she's around my stomach is in knots, when she looks at me my face gets hot. She makes me feel lightheaded and floaty when she talks to me. What is going on?!" Dennis rants.
"It sounds like you're in love with her." Mac says.
"What?! No! I don't do love. I don't fall in love with girls. They fall in love with me!" Dennis argues.
"Well looks like it's the other way around this time." Dee smiles at her flustered twin.
"So what do I do?" Dennis asks, sitting down and dropping his head into his hands.
"Well, I could find out how she feels about you." Dee offers. Dennis nods.

The next morning, (Y/N) was packing up her apartment when Dee knocks on her door."Come in!"
"Hey! I came to help you pack!" Dee calls, walking into the apartment's living room. She expects to see mountains of boxes, but the sight that greets her is completely different.
(Y/N) sits on the floor, shoving clothing into a box. There are three more boxes sitting around her.
"Oh, thanks! But I'm just about packed up!" (Y/N) responds. Dee glances into the other rooms. All that's left is furniture.
"You're leaving the furniture? You could put it in a storage unit or something."
"Oh, it all came with the apartment. The only things that are mine are already packed up."
"And you've already talked to your landlord?"
"Yeah. The landlord is my aunt."
"Oh. Okay. Well I took Dennis' Land Rover so that there would be space for all of your stuff. If you're ready to go, that is."
"Oh, I just have one more box of clothes to pack. But you're welcome to sit and hang out while I do."
"Okay." Dee takes a seat on the couch. "So...what do you think of the gang?" She asks.
"They aren't without their flaws, but I love them anyway."
"Is there one you love more than the others?" Dee hints?
(Y/N) pauses.
"Oh, so you know about my crush."
Oh. She likes Dennis back!
"Oh! He's going to be so happy that you feel the same way!"
"What? He likes me back?" (Y/N) asks excitedly.
"He's up to his ass in it! He's so in love he's ready to buy an engagement ring!"
"Really? Oh my god! I would say yes in a heartbeat!" (Y/N) sighs dreamily. "Mrs. (Y/N) Kelley."
"Wait, Kelley?! As in, Charlie Kelley?"
"My future husband? Yes."
"You have a crush on Charlie?"
"Yeah. Who else?"
"I thought you were talking about Dennis!"
"Why would I have been talking about Dennis?"
"Because he's in love with you!"
"What? So Charlie doesn't like me back?"
"So? You don't really want Charlie. He's dirty, he lives in squalor, he kills rats for a living, he shares a bed with an old man! He lives in section-8 housing, he doesn't have a working bathroom in his apartment, he eats cat food and drinks paint!"
"I don't care about any of that!"
"Well you should!"
"Well I don't!"
"But Dennis lives in a big apartment in a nice part of town. He showers every day, he wears cologne, his clothes are always clean, his apartment is always clean-"
"Yeah, and he's a pervert and a sex offender with borderline personality disorder!"
"I know, but he's different with you! Just your presence these last few weeks had changed him more than anything ever has! You're good for him. You're good for all of us, to be honest. Mac has had more confidence to go after guys, Dennis hasn't been as much of a creep, Frank hasn't been as unhinged, Charlie has actually somehow gotten smarter, and even I've been nicer, and they've even been nicer to me. You're a good influence on us."
(Y/N) smiles.
"Then I'll just have to stick around then. I'm done here, so let's get going!"
