(This is what I wrote while camping, so I think it's shitty, but I am not changing it ,because I'm tired and I want to finish this :))

(TW:SWEARING)
I rolled my eyes as I stepped out of Will's truck. Percy and Jason were smirking and raising their eyebrows. I flipped them off and walked up to my sister, who was waiting for me by the doors.

"Good Morning!" Hazel chirped. She raises her eyebrows. " Why did you come with Will?"
I shrug, and answer, " He saw me on the road. I thought I was running late, and I recognized him from when we go to the Café. I thought he wouldn't kidnap and murder me, so I accepted when he asked me if I wanted a ride." I say it nonchalantly, but inside, I was praying to whoever would listen that she wouldn't get suspicious.

She nods and says, " Well if you need a ride again, let me and Frank know, it's no problem!"
The rest of the group caught up now, and Percy, Jason, Leo, and Piper were bombarding me with questions about me coming with Solace. (A/N Oh god, this sounds so wrong🤣)

I shouted, " Will you fucking shut up?" I glared at them each in turn and added" He gave me a ride because he saw me in a hurry. OKAY?"

I spin my heel, apologize to my sister about swearing, because I know she doesn't like when anybody swears, and calmly open the doors to Olympia High (A/N I know, real original. I'm writing this while camping, so as my personal saying goes -take what you can get, no matter how cliché)(Now that's Original :D) and stalk in.

I circulate though my morning classes, all of which I'm doing about an C or B, which I'm happy with, except art, where I have an A and I always keep it that way. When it's time for lunch, I grab a tray and load it up. Afterwards, I go to the table claimed by the Seven. Another thing I've been left out of. I was part of the original group but I was always invisible, eight people? Pshaw, no. Seven. Only the pretty, 'cool' , smart, athletic, or cute ones. I was none of the above. ( A/N I personally think he's all of the above but🤷🏽‍♀️) I sit down and start eating not even sparing a glance to the others who I know are looking at me. I can't take the stares, so finally, I sit up, and glare at each one of them, not stopping until they look away.

"Thanks" I say sarcastically. I roll my eyes and continue eating ignoring the glances sent my way. Annabeth seems to be ordering Percy to do something. He keeps protesting, but Annabeth finally wins, and he turns to me.

"Are you okay, Nico? You've been distant these last few weeks. We're worried about you."

I froze for a second. What if they find out? They'd make me go with them, even if they didn't want to. Then I relaxed and said "Yeah, I'm fine. And you?" (A/N I'm half-asleep right now, ok. No commenting about his reply ,thanks.)

He rolled his eyes and replied "Don't dodge. Has anything happened with Hades?"
They all knew his hate for me, but they didn't know that I had come out to him, or that I was gay at all. I've been to chicken to come out to them, except Hazel and Jason, who found out on accident. I hesitated, not knowing if they would mother hen, or pity me and not do anything. I didn't believe they would do the second one, but I think they would go and beat up Hades, and come back and mother hen me. I don't think I'd be able to take it. First, I can take care of myself, I just don't want to end up in jail, like Percy, Jason, Piper, Reyna, and all others who tried would do. I don't think Annabeth would do that, she's too smart. Maybe I should tell her, and make her swear not to tell the others. I could use her advice.

I realize I've been quiet, and I rush to say "No, everything's been fine with him. He hasn't done anything." I don't look anyone in the eye, knowing that if I did, they would probably see I was holding something back.

I finish eating and stand up to dump my tray. Just when I'm almost out of earshot, I hear Percy say," Tell us if anything does happen, okay?"

I keep walking.

(This ends the me camping part:) I'm back in civilization bitches🎉)
